not many ppl in f2p train rc... and staves are bought, the air staff wastes other elel runes cause u craft airs more

1) thank you so much for making those three points. i am glad to see that there are still ppl left in the world who actually knows how to prove a point with facts 2)now to th business, although u cannot train str ewith the whip, it is ALOT more consistent, maybe ur just unlucky. in my opinion the scimmy is very strong (a fav of mine actually) but the whip is just stronger. although i have to say, in pvp, i'd rather the scimmy over the whip
