It does. All vitamins who are water soluble will literally go straight down the drain (- what your body needs), which practically means vit C and the B varieties. The fat soluble ones (namely A, D and E) will store up, and excess is not a good idea.

Well, I'd really prefer the botters to be perma-banned, but if I were to have a choice between disabling their SW or having Jagex manually ban X/h when the influx is 1.5X/h, I'll take the SW disabling. As for whether or not it was successful we probably won't know completely for a day or two.
