  1. You need 175 quest points to get the better gloves. I thought you could get the gloves as soon as you finish the entire quest and all the subquests... To finish it, you only need about 105 (or however many it is to start legend's). Are you sure you need 175 qp to get the best gloves?
  2. No you can't. It's impossible to hit 100+ on a player because max player health is 99. Also, without a salve ammy on undead, you can't hit above I think its 85. The person prays at that alter in the desert, goes to cwars, and gets smashed by the cieling rocks. There ya go. 100+ hit. Or the Saradomin Brew. Oh, and the max hit right now (without the rocks, which shouldn't even count) is 93. Used to be 88 before the new gloves. No. Max hit on players is 93. But if you use a salve ammy on undead creatures, you can boost the max hit up to 101.
  3. I wouldn't really consider that a player hit. The player might make the rocks fall, but I wouldn't call that hit a player hit. And kudos6969, according to the tipit calculator, 96 is possible on undead before the update. So its only a difference of 5. And to those of you who say the calculator isn't accurate, fine. I'm not guarunteeing its accuracy. I'm just basing this off of that. And Mmm000_Cow, this is the first topic created about a triple digit max hit. And, my mistake, you can't wear Dharok's helm in castle wars, but you still could in duel arena.
  4. I already mentioned the skellies under ape atoll. OWNED! Also, what equipment were you hitting 100+ with? Because players aren't undead, best strength bonus would come from strength ammy, with normal gauntlets. That gives a max hit of 88 with all bonuses used. How could you have hit 100+ before?

  6. I don't think so. They're just demons.

  8. Max hit of 99 is still possible without the fire cape. But, if using melee protect, someone might do that. Of course, they'd be an idiot for it, but still... And 87 is now possible in Castle Wars or duel arena. This is the first one. Believe me, I checked.
  9. I just checked using the max hit calculator, and it is now possible to achieve a max hit of 101. :D Of course, there are huge limitations to when you can hit for 101. You need 99 strength, aggressive style, super strength pot, dragon axe special, full dharok's, 1 hp, the new gloves, climbing boots, fire cape, and a salve ammy fighting undead creatures. :P I know, practically never going to happen, but still pretty cool.
  10. That would be funny to see... A p'ker being hit by dozens of water strikes.
  11. I'm pretty sure shades only drop stuff on p2p, so if you're f2p, you'll never get a shade robe drop.
  12. I've taken two years of Spanish and I can't recognize it. And, even if I could, I wouldn't immediately think, "Oh, because that's Portugese I should completely ignore the English meaning."
  13. You do need to see it from Jagex's perspective though. Take the case of limparse. Even if someone at Jagex knew what it meant in Portugese, the majority of players wouldn't have. And that means that the name is offensive, even if not intentionally.
  14. I've seen a bunch of topics about people who were surprised when one item protected over one with a lower street value. I'm trying to make a guide about which items will protect over which. The store value will be listed. The higher store value, the higher it'll protect. And please - if you think any of my numbers are wrong, let me know so I can fix them. 15. I'd get bones to peaches, and a mage book to go with full mystic. Not the best mage setup, but cheaper than Ahrims and easier to get than full infinity.
  16. To get magic secateurs, you need to do lost city and growing pains - both require you to kill level 100+ things.
  17. Just a question about strategy... Which is better - xbow or fresh crystal bow?
  18. Actually, i think that ancient magicks is more powerful than any special attack. They ice barrage from range and a dds is useless.
  19. This could be a neat addition to the herblore skill. One dose restores 30% of your special bar. What do you think?
  20. Or perhaps a new drop from dark beasts (they need a decent drop): a dark whip. Similar to the abysall whip, but has a strength training mode, and the whips old special. That wouldn't totally change anything, but it'd make 90+ slayers happy and allow people to strength train with a whip.
  21. The best way to do that (at least for combat) would be to have a level 200+ monster that instantly drains your prayer, destroys cannons, and with no safe spot. Now that would be a hard monster... And if combined with insane skill and quest requirements...
  22. If everyone followed your rule, what would become of p'king?
  23. Actually, according to the max hit calculator, that extra +5 strength won't always even give you max hit 1 higher, so the strength bonus will often be practically non-existent.
  24. Or the 100th quest could allow blood crafting.
