not true. if ip stood for internet provider, then almost everyone would be banned for logging in multaple times like aol, they have over 1 million users and you dont see mass bans of people using aol, do you? your ip address is unique to every computer and can be used to track 1 single computer, it has nothing to do with your internet connection. just look, have your brother sign on 1 computer, logg off, logg back on again and in the opening window it will say the ip of the last computer you logged in on. then do this with your other comp and note the ips are diffrent (excuse my spelling plz)[/b]
