I has never been a noob, just a newbie. That's a big diffrent between those two.

Arrange some sort of event, where first price is the santa. That make it fun for you, many other people and you get rid off it in a good way.

I think that player mods have a big advantge in this case. Alot of people is like you is saying like: "Oh, a player mod! I must check what he did say.".
