I've gone from 83 to 93 farming on mainly herbs xp.

I think Rand was agreeing that such people exist, not praising them for existing.

But isn't that true now? They do get updates, just not very many and not very often.

Now Aaron, I didn't say that, I just said that moderators and crew don't get told who the editor is by the admins, officially. This doesn't mean that some don't know who she is.

I can safely say that's not the case. :)

By the way, everyone, the identity of the editor isn't something you learn if you join staff. It is kept secret from both moderators and crew - at least, I've not been told! From what I can see, only the Admins know who the editor is. Then again, that might be clue, now that I think about it.

I can't imagine Jagex would release an update that would increase the desirability of rares. As we've seen in the past few months, they're doing just the opposite - and purposely.

Sure, but how long-term are we talking? I've been here two years, and might only make it another two.

Prices have been flat/declining for upwards of 6 months. Jagex keeps releasing updates that are (IMO) designed to make rares less appealing. I'd get out while you still can.

It's the duping rumors that finally pushed me over the line. I'd thought of dumping the things for months.

I just sold my small rares. I'm tired of price drops. I might rebuy if the prices keep on slipping. I bought these items 6 months ago or more, and didn't even break even.

There has to be more to this - what sense does it make to give us lunchboxes? That's all these are, to my American eyes. A lunchbox with matching thermos.
