166 Mhz and 128 Ram, thas your problem, 116 Mhz is donkeys years old for a processer, atm mines out of date and its at 2.6Ghz Pent 4. Get a new PC :P.

I recommend WinRAR also, I use it, easier then all the stupid menus that come up on Winzip =x.

How much did it cost you?

Creatives seem to be the way to go. Depends what you want, good sound or better sound. Can get from as cheap as 10 quid but can cost alot more.

Or buy a deal on Ebay, Mobo/CPU for less ;). 300 Dollars I'd think, 150 Pounds for it here. And get a Mobo with PCI- E, its the way for gaming (Saves you having to spend even more for awhile).

Then take the easy way out, format your PC and then whatever bug you have wherever should be cured.

Laptop and want that? Too much for too little, simple as.

All I know is I use my PC for gaming, and PC's are proved to be faster and easily say.. better for games then Macs, and not all can be used on a Mac =). For work.. Macs just seem more of a pain in the arse, I prefer Windows.

Yeah don't buy from stores/shops, they give you crappy Mobos with PCI slots.. =x 5200 is what I have (PC is nearly 2 years old plus I bought from a shop :P) Its an alright card, works with most new games still. 5200/5500 came out the same time as far as I've been told, but 5500 is up in the series so I'd thought you'd get a better FPS etc on it(As far as I know they should be better for different things). Its worth the buy for the dollar extra. Go with the 5500.

Seems theres somehow a problem with a line of code when written to memory.. (Happens on LOTR:BFME alot to people, Buggiest game yet). Basically your I.E seems a bit screwed somewhere. Reinstall it(I.E) if not try a different broswer (Firefox or Opera) and to one of your other posts (Mozilla is the Firefox company ;) ). You won't get sounds from Firefox not sure on Opera plus why would you want Runescape sounds.

Glad I saw this, I use FF but been told to use Opera because it loads faster/easier to use, makes not odds to me, never thought about using Opera so I'm glad I've seen it. I'll install it and see what its like.

All I know about Linux us. Linux is not as used as much as Windows, there are less virus' that Linux can be effected by. I don't use Linux but I know a few who do and they love it over Windows. There should likely be suitable drivers and be able to use your wireless connection and some games shouldn't be that much of a worry, depends what you play.

Hahaha you say that like Fall Out Boy and Thursday are good bands or something. The guy with the Reel Big Fish Sig can talk :roll: don't get me wrong, RBF are good, but FOB and Thursday are better ;).

I love that song, but I've never found the lyrics especially incredible. My favorite lyrics, just to be different from all the other posts this thread will get, are as follows: My Bonnie looked into a gas tank, The height of its content to see. She lit a little match to assist her, Oh bring back my Bonnie to me! :wink: Its my friend song of all time and means something to me which is why I posted =).

Heard its absolute pants. Its like Doom 3 In SP and Just quake as normal in MP in each review I read and peoples opinions. This is the first positive one I've seen, I'll watch the vids when I get on my other PC.
