  1. Looks awesome, really funky and so! Nothing wrong with it now you added the border! :D
  2. They're sort of related to olives, I think. But they're not olives. Because an Olive is an Olijf in Dutch, and these thigns are "kappers". :P
  3. ************************! Why do I always miss these awesome zombie flicks when they're on BBC? Please, somebody explain. Oh, I also saw the first part of the Scorsese Docufilm about Bob Dylan (No Direction Home) mondayevening. Only seen first part of it, seemed to be pretty interesting and nice stuff, but couldn't see the 2nd part of it because my father wanted to see the football. I think I'm going to let him pay when I order the DVD. There was this silly programme before the Dylan docu btw, "University Challenge", damn, those questions were hard! And what a bunch of geeks, lol! The guy who presented the programma was pretty cool though, I could exactly time him when he said "come on" when it took them too long to answer a question. :P
  4. And if you got the time, be so kind to drop a line or three to what you thought of it. :) Last sunday Before Sunrise en Before Sunset bekeken. First a very brief part about what the movie is aboutm, it doesn't ruin the movie, so don't be afraid to read it. Jesse (Ethan Hawke) and Cecile (Julie Delpy) run into eachother on the train, they find eachother interesting enough to act impulsive and go out to do a day(and night) tour trough Viena. In the movie Before Sunrise they meat eachother, and in the movie Before Sunset they meat eachother again after nine years. Nice and surprisinly fast talkmovies (you know, movies where they just talk), good acting (Julie is REALLY cute :D ), there's a nice atmosphere, and their running times are just perfect (Before Sunrise: 105 minutes, Before Sunset 73 minutes, 80 with last titles). Only thing that might get a bit too much is that at some poins in the first movie (Before Sunrise) it gets a little bit too much on semi-intellectuel blabla, but that's only in the first movie. The stories aren't very special on itself, but they've been done in a great way. I think I enjoyed Before Sunset a little bit more, but I give them both 8 out of 10 points. Happy Gilmore. I never saw it. It got loads of votes on the tip.it movie topic and it was on t.v. last week, so I decided to give it a try. Normally I can't really care about those Sandler movies, they're just so-so and don't really make me laugh. But this was a pleasent surprise. To be honest, I thought it was pretty good. The story was so simple and cliché, but the makers of the movie knew this, and made their advantage out of it, and it worked. I finally saw a modern-comedy that made me laugh again! 7 points out of 10. Psycho Good, great, awesome, masterpiece, blabla. Still frightning, even 45 years after it's release. Classic that everybody must've seen atleast one time in their lifetime. Hersenhonger (Brainhunger) Underground horror movie from the Netherlands. Complete utter crap. I think it's the worst piece of cinema (if you want to call it this way) I've ever seen. But hillarious. Story: Two guys go search for a bunker to find Hitler's serum to make dead people alive. They find the serum, but someting aweful happends and in no time whole Holland is stuffed with zombies. They call the "Zombie Squad" to help out. The Zombiesquad arrives and they kill the zombies with special weapons: Special anti-zombie paint and a supersoaker that is filled with gerkinsour (you know, the fluid that's in your can of gerkins). Everything is presented by "Sjon Schacht" which is a parody/homage to Shaft. Absolutely hillarious, if you can find a download, just get it (it's just about the only way you can get it), get a crate of beer, get crisps etc. invite a bunch of friends and laugh your behinds off! That has been all for the past few days.

  6. Night walks with music on! yay! And uhm.... When it's cold outside, go on your bike in the morning, biking with the sun in your face... And uhm.... Cooking with my friends and having an awesome night with eating it all and watch movies and so. :P And all kind of other small things that are not big enough to post here.
  7. Hehe, I had a recipe exchange topic at scapeboard, lol. I made pictures of what I did and so, it was lunchrecipes basically. Anyway, one of my all time favorites for lunch, and done in 5 minutes. :o 1 person ingredients: 5 slices of bread (white or brown, roasted or non roasted) 1 can of tunafish. 1 and a half good spoons with mayonaise A bit of chili sauce (optional) This stuff, I really don't know the English ame, so you guys have to look at the pic and say what it is. They do it on pizza too. Gerkins (optional) some peper. well, roast your slices of bread. Throw the tuna (without all the oil that's in the can!) in a small bowl, add the mayonaise. Add all the other ingredients, mix it, add some pepper, mix it. Then spread it on your bread. It's really delicious. :D I'll put up my recipe of an awesome pasta salad later this morning. :)
  8. COngratultions with the marriage of your sister! :D
  9. Yea, but I think you'll have more chance finding a scout on an amature show than you'll find one on heathrow's ladies room. :P
  10. Actually most models are found by talent scouting agents. Kate Moss for example was spotted in an airport when she was only 15. That's not the normal place where scouting agents search for models of course. :P

    About love

Before I give up on this topic, let me say I should have put this on rants because I was venting it out more so than anything else. It wasn't runescape related (although it sorta was) so I came to the conclusion that it belongs on off topic. I feel like I should write something in an A. B. C. fashion for those who don't get it. ... :? Sorry, but I don't understand anything of you. You open some kind of vague topic about love. I ask you some questions, I ask where you are comming from, on what it is based. And then you come with this. I give you my time by replying to your topic, asking what is wrong, asking you to clearify because I don't get it and I want to be of somekind of help. And you basically say I am stupid because I don't get your vague topic. Also I never said something about Runescape.
  12. I don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t think it̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s a bad thing that we̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re correcting each other, making a mistake is only human, and we do want to have the right information up. Barrett was indeed not functioning the correct way, living on acid-trips, playing un tuned guitars, not even able to tune his guitar etc. (I believe that change became definite when he went to some kind of friends where he stayed for a few weeks only using acid and other drugs). Waters invited Gilmour early ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹Ãâ68 to the band, and it was meant that he was going to do the live performances, while Barrett was kept of-stage doing the song writing. Waters told this to Barrett, and Barrett didn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t really give a reaction, hence him still coming to the recording studio to rehearse while he was ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹Ãâfired̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ (of course he couldn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t rehearse). He was not welcome at on-stage nor the studio anymore. After that he left, went back to Cambridge living as a hermit. That̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s what I meant with ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹Ãâkicked̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢. Hehe, now I look stupid. :P Being their first single I assumed it was on Piper, but I checked my copies of Piper and it wasn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t on it I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m not dissing ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅAtom Heart Mother (title came from a heads in the paper about a woman who was pregnant with an on atom power working pacemaker :P). I love the title song and ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅFat Old Sun̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  13. Ooh, that sounds good! I never heard anything of their tribute bands though. Who did they use to do The Great Gig in the Sky?
  14. Pink Floyd. Hey everybody, I noticed that there was no Floyd thread on the Off Topic forum, so I decided I made one. I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve been a Floyd fan now for little longer than a year and I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m curious what you guys think of the band. A small Introduction and basic info on Pink Floyd. The band starts in 1965 when Roger Waters, Nick Mason and Rick Wright start the band ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅSigma Six̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ

    About love

You can love everybody you want, right? Atleast, that's how I've been brought up. I really wouldn't mind if my wife would love her grandparents or her friends, as long as she doesn't sleep with them. But how did you get to this? Your husband does not allow you to love your parents, or a friend told you this, or? I'm asking this because it sounds a bit random, I don't see where you are comming from.
  16. took some pictures too, with my webcam, so it's crap quality.
  17. Oh, I'd like to add N.E.R.D. they make pretty nice music. I think they're worth being mentioned. :)
  18. Got the House of Flying Daggers from Layoyo, a chinese website, and I got the Robot head on the aftermarket for 100 euro. It was on sale not too long ago on amazon japan, but I was too late, so I had to pay 50 bucks more. It's still worth more than the 100 I gave though. :)
  19. What would be that effect? Maybe if you tell me I could improve, uh. :)
  20. I still need to sell my copy of that Alien Quadrilogy, since I got the head now. :?
  21. Hehe, I doubt a Juan MirÃÆÃâÃâó-ish thing is doable for me on the computer. :P I thought it was a bit too crowded, it took me quite some thinking how to do the last two squares, maybe they are too much (the one with the red line and the lower left one.
  22. Damn, do I suck. I go to town to buy a gift for a friend, I come home with a gift for a friend and.
