  1. I don't play any instruments, though I am considering to take some guitar lessons. :P But I do try to do some research and so about music I like, so in a way I am expending my musical knowledge with that. :P
  2. Yea, done by Ron Howard. I bet that's going to be one puddle of you know what. Anyway, I'm not updated on what's new and so. I only know there's going to be a remake of "Evil Dead starring Ashton "dude where's my car" Kutcher. Blasphemy.
  3. If you've got the talent, why shouldn't you get discovered? There arn't that much new self-made-men anymore, but why shouldn't he be one. Ambition that's what it all starts with, you can start small and get big. It's just how you play it. From the start thinking you won't get your goal is a standard lose.
  4. Well, it does cost a lot. But it's not that you can make those t-shirts by yourself 1,2,3. Try to contact companies and so, get to know the 'scene'. Everybody has to start at the bottom. Try to be original and so, then people might get back at you and so. I don't really know how this all works, but if you're serious I bet you can find a lot on the internet.
  5. Don't let noobs ruin your idea. Everything starts with ambition.
  6. I don't think it's time wasted. After all it is a good looking piece, you just couldn't sell it to him. I'm sure you can find another buyer, since half of the forum would kill for an original "TJ". :P [edit] That doesn't justify what BoogZ has done though.[/edit] [edit2]However, customer is king.[/edit2]
  7. Hahahah! That just deserves a "rofl"! That really made me laugh. Ooh, I can totally image the look on a 12 year old's face when he gets an invitation for the American Legion! hahahaha!
  8. Also I don't think it is fair to nominate older signatures. Otherwise people might go off famous signture makers lists and just post the last 15 signatures.
  9. Wouldn't it be better if other people nominate your signature? Nominating your own stuff is not cool.
  10. Obviously he's an expert, they know it all. Their specialty is deciding what is music and what is not. They're also very good at thinking for other people. It's really sad that some people are going to say "music that sucks:..." etc. I find it totally disrespectful towards others and it's far from what this topic has been opened for. It only provokes fights. I think their should be done something about all these music elitists: they're ruining the entire thread, instead of creating a mature discussion about music. BTW, how do you read replies, lol. From the end to the beginning? :P
  11. Oh, the little balls idea is pretty good, excelent when you're getting guests or something! Another thing for a small snack to go with your aperitive is: Ingredients Serano or Parma ham Cherry tomatoes Cherry tomatoes wrapped in serano/parma ham. Yum, yum. :) Another one, which takes a little bit more time. garlic toast with roasted paprika, capers, anchovies and some oil. Ingredients: Garlic toast Paprikas (or already roasted and skinned paprika) Anchovies Capers Olive oil You buy a bag of those itallian toast thingies which are garlic flavoured. You put on the roasted paprika (withouth skin!) when it's semi warm (that's if you roasted them yourself, you can also buy them roasted, but then they're cold), add an anchovy on top, add some capers to it and sprinkle some olive oil on top of the whole thing. If you get everything roasted and so it doesn't take very long, otherwise it takes quite a while. Roasting and de-skinning the paprika is a pain in the leg.
  12. That's a pretty damn cool friend you got there. My friends never give me 8 CD's because they don't like the music. Also, I can't stand this genre discussion all these so called experts are having on the forum. We've been there, done that. In the end it comes down to the same thing: everybody had a nice fight while 'voicing their opinion', the topic gets locked and the topic starter still hasn't got a decent answer.
  13. Neil Young - Southern Man Bob Dylan - Like a Roling Stone Bob Dylan - All Along the Watchtower (Dylan and the Dead version) Led Zeppelin - Black Dog Deep Purple - Speed King Alice in Chains - Man in the Box The Beatles - Help! Bob Dylan - Tangled up in Blue Frank Zappa - Cosmik Debris The Roling Stones - Paint it Black The Door - Black Door Man Just some good Rock n' Roll songs I like to listen to (oh it wouldn't be a sin if you got some more than those songs of the above artists).
  14. Oh, yea, you came up with it! But Rizla said "Leek, that's Welsh" or something, that's why I remembered! :P
  15. Yea, they're leeks, Rizla told me yesterday, but I forgot to edit it. :P

    Live

You saw Dido too, right? Or was that Dan?
  18. I pwned with Mario and Fox. 8) On the N64 that is. :P
  19. Why do you buy all their albums when you don't like their music? :?
  20. Yes, Pi indeed is very good. Though often misunderstood by people who like math and so, they really go on about mathematical flaws and so. But the movie really isn't about math, lol. It's just the first layer of the movie. Also, I still want to see Rushmore, and the Royal Tenenbaums too! But I can't get them here! The Life Aquatic was amazing! I also agree on American Beaty, not that the movie was different after that scene. But that scene was just a bit too much. Tried too hard to be intelectuel and interesting, and the scene is super hyper overrated too (you know, all those people that "ooh that scene is so beautiful..."). I didn't like that, but apart from that it was really great. I really liked the first cube, I haven't seen the others, because I was afraid they'd ruin the whole thing. But I've heard others say it was good too, so I might need to try it now. :P
  21. :P You can say whatever you want lol. I haven't seen the movie. I only fell in love with her because of her roles in "Lost in Translation" and "A Love Song for Bobby Long".
  22. My, well actually my mum's, but I can do it to, pasta salad! Ingredients for 1 person: Pasta (about 150/175 gram) Tuna Olive Oil Vinegar Prei (Don't know the English word so I just named it prei, look at the pic to see what it is.) Mayonaise A Red Hot Chili Pepper...Boy am I funny, I just meant a red chilli pepper Sliced black olives Some Salt n' Pepa. Ha, ha. Yet another awesome joke by me. Of course I meant Salt 'n Pepper Put on the water, add some Olive Oil to the water and wait for it to boil. Add the pasta let it cook the time that says on the back of the products packaging (most of the time it is around 7 minutes). Chop the chilli pepper in little slices, remove the seeds. Slice very thin slices (this sound weird) the light green part of the Prei, the part between the white part, and the leaves. 2 good spoons of Vinegar. The spoon must be the size of the spoon at this picture. Add half a spoon (same spoon) of mayonnaise to the vinegar. Keep stirring till they kind of blend together. Then add 3 spoons (same spoon) of olive oil to the vinegar and mayonnaise and stir it again. Add some pepper and salt. And that̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s the dressing you use. After the pasta has cooled down a bit (semi-warm), mix it with your dressing, add your chilli pepper, your Prei, add the tuna, add the olives. Mix everything so there̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s some dressing and tuna everywhere. When everything is mixed, use a little bit of pepper to finish the salad. Grab a glass of rosÃÆÃâÃâé or water if you̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re not allowed to drink alcohol or you don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t like it or w/e reason you can̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t drink. Go to the garden, put on some calm music, enjoy the sun and start your lunch. If you want to make this for more than one person, just add everything to your own likings (so instead of one can of tuna, use two or w/e you like). BUT ALWAYS KEEP YOUR DRESSING 1/4 VINEGAR AND 3/4 OLIVE OIL!! If you got any other Q's about it, just ask.
  23. I haven't seen the other one. But what did you think of Salo?
  24. They look like capers to me. Ah, then I was almost right! I searched for "cappers" but it didn't come up with anything, not even with "did you mean "capers"?" Bubsa, that sounds like one hell of a killer pizza, lol.
  25. That's a tosti, or as the French call it, a Croque Monsieur (sp?). :P
