In real life, flax seed is a miracle of medicine. It has Omega 3 fatty acids in it, lowers total cholestorol and LDL cholestorol, and lowers blood pressure. It is a major antioxidant, loaded with fiber, and can help prevent cancer. The seeds can be consumed whole (they are commonly found in bread this way, look for it at the supermarket), ground up and put in something like muffins or bread, and is made into an oil that can be substituted for vegetable oil while cooking. So, when you are picking flax you can randomly get a "flax seed". These would come every 100-150 flax picked. You can plant these with 29 farming, growing a flax plant which can be picked (possibly giving more seeds) or can be used in herblore. It takes 86 herblore (the highest yet) and can be made into a "guthix brew". It heals 10 hp per dose, heals poison, and (possibly, adding this to see how people react) makes your next hit from your opponent a 0 with 0% chance of poisoning. However, you can't take a dose then walk into wild and have somebody hit a 0, that part only takes effect if the potion is taken during a fight. Here's how you make it:Having an empty vial in your inventory, use the seed on pestle and mortar and it gives you a vial of flax oil. Like weapon poison 1 dose fills the vial. You add snapdragon to this, completing your potion. (and it turns from 1 dose to 3 dose). The reason this is so good, is that you can make 4 dose potions, giving 40 hp per inventory spot, and train with them. It wouldn't be good for pking because it only heals 10 hp per dose, which is good because that would mess up pking and the shark market. And after all, it is a GUTHIX potion, and anything labeled with Guthix should not be for pking in my opionion. And yah, it wouldn't be allowed in the wild. A message would pop up "Do not misuse the power of Guthix!" and it would take no effect if used in wild. Maybe it wouldn't be allowed in fight pits either? Way too easier to get firecape.. But, how does it help crafting? Well simply, more people would pick flax, making it cost less. Low lvl crafters could buy the flax, make BS, and sell. For a low lvl crafter without much money, that is the jackpot. What do you guys think? I normally don't write my suggestions down or share them, but this just sounded like such a good idea to me.

The range calc doesn't have it yet, so with it on rapid with 85 range how high can i hit? Doesn't need to be exact, but only post if you know you are close. Do not guess, that hurts me more then it helps me.

The day I met Foodfight13. I was disapointed because I didn't have a chef hat to get into guild, and he had just gotten 2 for free from a nice player. He gave me one, and our friendship grew stronger and stronger, and now he's my best friend! Shows how much a chef's hat can make a difference.

I'd keep your d legs and get v brassy and helm + whip. Ownage look plus great stats.

If you don't have 70 strength, the whip is pretty bad. With under 70 str I would stick with a d scim, which happens to be one of the best weapons to train str. with.

Most people (the ones that don't kill dragons that often) don't know this so I will add it: The firebreath is a mage attack, so as godsfearme said the mage protect will be perfect.

I killed him with 50 range, not using a single p pot (from 46 prayer at the time) with mage pray on and hiding behind the gnome guys. I also only used like 20 rune arrows. It was seriously a piece of cake.

Do you need another 2 marrentil per bones that you use? What lvl con. do you need to make it?

And you also have to be p2p to make more then like 2k per hour :( Pay attention, it's a f2p only topic. I would saying mining is, look at rune. You can get 22 rune per trip, (rune pick, a couple of binds, 2 pizzas in inventory.) That is 12-13k per ore or 264k-286k per load. :shock:

I hear you can get prayer exp fast somehow by using them. Do you bury bones and pray at them? Just pray at them? Use bones with them? I obviously have no idea how, so include details.

umm... actually, u really made out on that deal, most people buy for 100ea, not 1gp ea, so even though u mis-typed you only payed 10ea, WOW that wasn't a bad day! you just made 90k into 900k-1.8mil (some people are buying for 200ea lately) Umm no. He got 9k worth of hides, not 9k hides.. So it was probably 90 hides, and he paid 90k, bought 1k each.

That's cause I'm a 'well-rounded' guy. I'm not terribly high in any of my skills(79 woodcutting isn't terribly high is it?). I like to keep all my skills close together. I don't like to be high in one skill and then really low in another. Notice how he all is a really strong believer in Guthix?
