Argumentative essay on multicultural society.
Superb essay, especially for a "young" writer. As per GhostRanger's post, if you've already submitted or are just putting it out there - ignore the following ideas: Minor errors, typos etc: 1st Para: 'economic' refers to a reason to move countries rather than 'economical' which tends to refer to small cars. You've listed more than one reason... so it should properly read "economic, political or religious reasons". 2nd Para: Avoid starting sentences with "However". Try "Since World War 2 however," instead. Again, economic rather than economical. 5th Para: Another plural - "all citizens can live as equals." rather than "all citizens can live as equal." I count 589 words, so good job on getting all the ideas down under the word limit. It would be interesting to get some ideas in there about just why it is that you can take a bunch of children from widely different backgrounds and they'll happily play together as though none was any different to the other. But take the same children twenty years later and they find it hard to get along. But again... good job. I expect to read your work in the opinion section of the BBC very soon :)

We don't get our milks in bags downunder. We get fresh milk in either cardboard cartons (300, 600 millilitres and 1 or 2 litres) or plastic bottles (1, 2, 3 or 4 litres). Alternately we can buy UHT milk that can be stored in the cupboard (at least until you open it) rather than the fridge in cartons (1 litre). The only time I've ever seen anything like that is at college where we had a refrigerated milk dispenser that you loaded up with a big (like 5 litre) bag of milk. But the bag for that had a straw at the bottom you needed to cut the end off and feed through the dispenser nozzle.

Ideas 4 a F2P Quest
Agreed... perhaps Jagex could implement a "Learn to Spell" quest and make it a requirement for getting off tutorial island.

Runescape is an economic simulation
True... as was mentioned in the last flamewa.... er... thread that dealt with the topic. The runescape 'economy' is so flawed as to render it useless when trying to relate back to a real world economy.

Wouldn't you want your own boat? You know you do
Exactly what would having a boat achieve? There's nothing out there on the water, there are already transports to take you to all the places you need to go. Why would anyone spend 20mil to play a minigame?
-
Reward Clix?
Well as long as it's more frequent than once every three months you're all set.

Wouldn't you want your own boat? You know you do
And we could have a new skill "writing in green text" too.

How to fund your runescape habit: 1. Get a bucket of water and a sponge 2. Walk up and down your street asking your neighbours if they'd like their car washed for a dollar or two. There... an hour's work and your runescape is paid for. Much easier than spamming people with URLs to click on.

I refer to my kids as the noobs, or nooblets... in a loving fatherly joking manner of course.

What did you DO with your trading sticks?
The npc's name is Rionnasta... he's outside the village on the way to the general store. Usually hanging around outside the chief's hut. Talk to him, ask him what he does and he'll tell you he runs a parcel service. Ask him to send a package and you can have items in your inventory sent to your bank for 10 sticks per item.

What did you DO with your trading sticks?
You can trade noted gems to him too for even more per load.

What did you DO with your trading sticks?
I harvest seaweed up and down the karamja coast and use the sticks to get it sent back to my bank. I used a fair few doing the same thing with snake hides too.

So your computer isn't part of "real life"? You have an imaginary computer, on which you run imaginary software to talk to imaginary people? And you find others disturbing?

potions super attack supr def supr str and normal ones.....
Members would make a killing with attack pots. Guams litter the floor of every dungeon and newt eyes are almost free. Selling them to F2P PKers would rake in money... It would be a use for all those guam leafs. No real work needs to be done on Jagex's side either. The code is all there, they just need to remove the check to see if you're on a members or free server.

Aw... but we'd still have to actually pull the lever? Why can't we just start off with 99 in every skill.- Farming Guild: The Orchard [with pics]
All wine - red, rose or white - is made from red grapes. With white wine the skins are taken out after the grapes are pulped, in red wine the skins are left in for the fermentation process. Sultanas are made from white grapes.- more bankspace?
Any quest item that you will need for future quests would be gotten back from the npc who gave it to you in the same way as it would if you died while hanging onto it.- New Skill...
look at everything else they have done And it's Java, not JavaScript. Two completely different programming environments.- worst scam attempt
I had one today offer to turn addy armour into rune armour for me. I said I didn't have any, and he told me to go buy some and bring it to him... I left and he messaged me asking if I had the addy armour yet. So I told him that yes, I did have it, and the person who sold it to me had shown me how to turn it in to rune. Whipped the rune plate out of the bank and went back to where he was waiting and showed it to him. "How'd you do that?" he asked. "I thought you said you could already do it?" I answered. "There are lots of ways, you show me how you did it." He said. "OK, you need to use Zammy wine on it." I told him. So off we went up to the monks and he goes to grab the wine... I'm holding the door shut and the inevitable happens. I grab his stuff (junk, gave it to a newbie) and pmed him with "Thankyou for being a contestant on 'Scam the Scammer'"- gambling!
Yeah... like how all the swordplay is going to turn the kiddies into axe wielding maniacs. At anyrate... gambling is already included in the game. Ratpits anyone?- edit
It's probably more intellectually stimulating than most.- Useless thing
