Quite true, however tha level to build the best burners is less than the guilded alter, so if you have that there should be no problem to get the burners. In my opinion, if you have these then there is no comparison. You don't have to rune around to get slime, or grind the bones. And you can carry more bones per load, which makes for insanly fast exp. The only problem is you need something like 75 constrution to do this.

The only problem with this is that Jagex seema to have fixed it so that you can't get out of paying your butler anymore, so you will be paying quite a bit extra over time. Just to cut down on costs, i'll probebly stick with the human butler rater than upgrade to the demon. (his upkeep is higher right?)

Thats what i thought at first, then I realized that in a space that small, any ancient mage would totally destroy you (especialy with blood barrage, he/she would be nigh invincible.) However for a one-on-one fight, it could be useful, duel arena aside.

How much have I spent? Too much, i'm only level 35 and its already eating holes in my cash. However, it does do something for me that few others do, and that is fun :) Normaly it just feels like i'm just working for something, however now its having fun rather than grinding away levels At any rate, Im going to train till 55. Cheaper barrows, and a good variety of fernature for my house.

As promised, I have todays reward (this time with a picture :D ) I think this now porves my theory that the bonuses you get are not determined by luck, but wholey by the money put into the coffers. (I'll update this with the seeds when I look in the nests) EDIT: They contained, 1 gold ring, 1 saphire ring, an apple tree seed, a curry tree seed and an acorn.

The ground rune essence is used in a quest (garden of tranquility I think) for making a potion and can only be made during that quest.

I personaly don't think you will be making the chairs, then you could have people sitting down on a chair in some really odd places. (such as and supermonster's lair, or in the middle of a road, which would just be silly.) However I think that the chairs you see scattered about runescape will be sit-able. I am also doughting that construction will be released during this week, I think it would be more likely to assume that it will be released sometime in June. I know that we have been spammed with hints so far, but I think the best time for it to come would be the first update next month, just because it won't be hinted to in the behind the scenes. I for one am eagerly awaiting its release, and am stocking up on many different types of wood. Afterall, not all fernature in the world is made of teak or mahogany, it can also be made from trees such as oak.

I forgot to post what I got from Miscellenia yesterday, so I guess i'll post it now. The bonus rewards were the same, however considerably less impressive. two saphire rings, a gold ring, diamond ring (I never even knew you could get those from a nest) and a willow seed. The amount of money I put in was the same as yesterday. My current theory is that you get one nest per 100k in the coffers when its set to 100% maples, and 50% rare wood. I set it to the same yesterday, and i'll post my results when I can collect again. If the same happens, i'll then put in 600k, and see if my results improved as such. (and this time I'll try to get a picture :roll: )

I wonder if there is a distinct connection between the money invested and rares you get. I remember a person posting that with a 500k investment, a filled maple bar and 100%, they got 5 mests. I did the same, and had the same result (although the seeds were different, I had 3 banana seeds, an acorn and a red egg.) I set it to the same yesterday, and later today i'll see if my results are the same. If results like this are not uncommon, this could potentialy be a half-decent source of money or farming exp.

For most things, i'll use an obby cape. I got it as a drop anyways, so its not like it cost me any money. Even if it did buy it, 300k isn't really that much anyway, and legends capes aren't exactly hard to get. The quest to get them really that hard and the level requirments aren't that steep. If I want to show I have done quests or have the stats, I would just wear dark gloves. All in all it really does not matter what one you use, +2 def isn't that much, its mostly just personal preference, there isn't really a right or wrong.

Well, I had 400k in the kingdom the last time I left it, so i'll try putting in an extra 100k when I go back today, and see what heppens. Even if I get nets, and there are less valuable seeds inside, i'll still be getting good farming exp. EDIT: You wouldn't believe this, someone just reported me for macroing because I was cutting a mahogany tree on the island lol, noobs these days.

So your telling me in one day you got 5 nests? I haven't gotten one at all these past few days and I had it set to max maples. I guess I used up the last of my luck at barrows lol.

Personaly, I wouldn't go around getting thousands of these logs in the bank. They are either too far from a bank, or take a long time to get from Miscellenia. I'm getting myself around 1k or some of each, then i'll wait to see what happens. After all, it is likely that when you training construction, you will use lower levels of wood for lower level items. I makes sence after, the same principle applies with fletching and firemaking. I can't wait till they release POH and construction. I really need a new skill to help with my fantasticly low total level lol.

I hope you weren't serious with that statment, I fail to see how this could possibly have any negative impact on the game. I must agree with the shade adjustment, while its not too hard to see what it is, it would look a lot better is it was more noticable I can't believe it took some people that long to notice the slayer symbol is a sword through a skull. Of course, it took me over a year to notice the rune symbols floating up from the fires in the log in screen, so I guess i'm not one to talk.

I have to agree, very nice find. I suppose this means that Jagex is planning on releasing POH's sooner that I was expecting, hopefully either in June or August, I can't wait :D Although you never know, they might just be tring to get our hopes up, somehow I can see Jagex trying to do that :wink:

I think a lottery draw might work, have people post giving theit name and after X amout of time, pick a name. Or to give more people a chance, you could have first, seconed and third prizes, thus increasing a person's chance at winning

I assume you mean Frankenstrains experiments. Well you can, just go back to where you found them before below the tombstone. However you can't kill the ones that gave you the key during the quest, only the wolf-sheep and spider-men. It's good training however it can get crowded.

Well, I was right... I couldn't come due to school. I wish I could have, it looked great and i've never been to a real drop party before. The time you chose was a little tough, it made it almost impossible for anyone in western North America to attend.
