well, if it's a link to the topic then the moderator can click the link and judge for himself what to do with the topic in question. I don't know how it works with the report button but i guess online moderators get flagged or something when something occurs.

You have to remember this is a debate not a suggestion for the game ;) I would say they would be in the members highscores as they had been a member once and had trained p2p skills.

auto retaliate is a key thing here, if it on then you will continue fighting until monsters stop attacking you which often can lead to death. If it isn't on then you will log out automatically after 1 minute i think..i've never died however but have logged in after on 1-5 hp :XD:

herbs or seeds? Any monster drops the herbs so try chaos druids but for seeds your best bet is moss giants

veracs is mainly used for boss monsters and staking..i've seen it used for normal training because "it's better than rune and looks sexy" as i was told when i asked..

not sure on RFD but i know you can do horror of the deep if you know what to do before hand but even then it will be quite challenging

i would like to see every autoer gone, why? So that 99s become more impressive than they currently are. Without them providing tons of materials 99s would be much harder and they would have more respect than the likes of cooking and fletching right now

pixel signatures take a long time to do so i'm not sure many people here will help you (terley ftw). Do you want the cape that big though? kinda ruins it ;P

As we know the current highscores ranks you by total level and then by xp in that skill when players have the same level which seems fair to most but some players are left out in this and acquire much lower ranks than they deserve. Players with high xp but low totals: 1. Some players choose only to train certain skills such as pures and skillers which means they can have very high amounts of xp but extremely low totals. 2. F2Pers. Although i will talk about these more later these players seem to always have a lower rank than they deserve due to the fact that they can't train several skills. F2P players: As i mentioned before F2P players cannot train several skills meaning it is very hard to progress up the highscores as the maximum total level is much harder to reach and also it is much lower. F2P has many more players than members does so it wouldn't be a problem to create a highscores for them. Points against: 1. The game is there for players to train every skill and if players choose not to then it is their own fault that they are lowly ranked. 2. F2P players choose not to become members and if they wish to be higher in the highscores they can pay the money and then train more skills for a high rank and level.
