I'm one of those people who think "You don't pay, you don't get updates." You say your reasons are simple, it's the exact same with ours. The money by adverts is used to keep up the F2P servers, and other small updates for both. So they are making little to no money off of you. I have been F2P for the last three months, before that I had two years of members, and before that I was F2P for two years, yeah, it's a pain. It's been like this for 4-5 years, get over it and learn to adjust. JAGeX doesn't view F2P as a smaller game, they view it as a teaser for P2P. The holiday drops(which you can destroy and get back whenever), random events, ect, are just there to make you want to get P2P, you don't want P2P or can't afford it, then continue playing the teaser. Now, the "My parents won't let me get members" argument. You can pay by cash, [Admin Edit: suggestion removed - encouraging others to break the law is not allowed] and buy a month or two of members. You can ask a friend to pay it for you as long as you give him/her 5$ a month. Honestly, one of the weakest arguments I've seen, there are tons of ways to get members without your parent's consent. If your so stupid as to not know your drugs enough so you can OD on them then you are a waste of sperm and should die anyway. It's basic common sense. Stick all of the compounds for injecting Heroin in front of a eight year old, tell him what they are, and tell him to inject it into his vein, he, will of course because you are older and he looks up to you. Get a 18 Year old +, give him the same items. He knows what it is, he knows it's what it can do to his body. He refuses to take it. He may spend time learning how to be safe® with this purticular drug and can easily dope himself everytime he wants once he learns a lot about it. OR you can throw in the steriotype drug-addict, say he's stupid, he dopes himself, get's addicted, gets an immunity, wants that high, ODs. Point? By a certain age you should automatically know enough about the effect of drugs to your health. If you are smart enough to take proper pre-cautions, you'll be fine besides a minor addiction, depending on the drug, of course. But if your so stupid as to not figure these things out you should die; waste of intelligence. You have low defence, no wonder rangers can hit often. Its a useful skill, you should look into it. A good melee will of equal stats will almost always put up a really good challange/beat a ranger. So they can hit constant 21s? And I know for a fact, go to world 18 Edge, that they slaughter Rune Pures.
