I think you're right. When you do something that's continuous, you get more randoms. I was attempting to lvl Cons, and like every 5 minutes I'd get a random. I think I got 2 Genies, 1 Twin, 3 Rick Turpentine, and 2 quiz in like an hour and a half. -.- Although I can see why they did this, it is quite annoying for us players who don't use macros.
