Selling my rares to free up cash for bxpw was a good idea, I have been stocking stuff for a while now. Hope I sell my goods in time too, so I can buy back the rares before they jump. (and boy will they jump haha) But I didn't notice much of the rollercoaster someone else mentioned... I only see prices go up for 2 days now, some items were/ are below their all time average.

Just dumped some rares to open up some money for investments. But I expect a rise in rares again soon, hope to buy them back before that. Edit: ow and having all the morons away from the rest of runescape is worth some money but if you can actually make them pay 1B to come to you is priceless.

On a serious note, anyone want to check frosts? EDIT: I know this quote format is off, I did something and am not sure what I did. Frede posted this right above me though after what i've seen at frost, it's still full of bots unfortunately :( (checked this morning). It seems that your flipping is about putting a buy and sell offer at the same time. Hell, you can do that in the stock market as well, you dont have to sell exactly at the market price unless your bank or agent is inefficent. You dont have to wait for 180days, its about following the trend. Besides, long term investment doesnt mean you buy and forget then come back after a month and look what happens. ...The stock market does not function anything at all like a GE. There is no min/max buy offer. You decide to buy or sell and in the case of most brokerage firms/etrade, you end up paying the real time price of the executed transaction. You can set up whatever price difference you like but the price paid for the stock or the price the stock sold for is the price of the stock - is exactly the cost of the stock at the time the transaction is received. Otherwise, you could just end up having huge moguls or corporations or even groups of people who would essentially just flip without any regards to buying/selling limits. Which is ridiculous because then everybody would be making huge amounts of money, and somebody has to incur the costs. Well, it would be fun to see the ability of short-selling in RS.

So for duoing, is it better to C6 small or med? I'm asking this in light of the new stuff on C6 small furnished being as good as abnd2 larges. You take a joke really serious don't you? Well I am sorry that I might offended you by calling the ability to get a skill only possible if you are autistic. I don't know how it can be offensive if someone said that getting 99 in a skill requires autism.... isn't that also a compliment for you? Some people contribute more than me, some don't. Okay well you have fun dreaming but I do the best I can with my stats and I have not yet gotten to a point where my I reached a point where no1 in the team can reach full efficiency because my summoning or rc is too low. First I improve everything I can then when my RC or summoning stops me from getting there I consider training. But hey, I don't start at the top... I start at the bottom, so before I reach the top I might see that my RC is holding me back and get it. I don't see all the people dunging here all get 99 in all stats before dunging, so I don't think you have a point. I applaud the people who got high stats, they are able to get that. I just wanna dung with what I have at the moment. I can train RC later, I didn't say I never will train RC... but it isn't the skill i wanna get to 70 before I can join a clan.

Lol? How valuable do you think you are to DGS? It will be a wonderful place to learn/dg and it has some of the best DG'ers in the game with or without you. It seems somehow you reached this mentality that DGS is going to collapse w/o you and the "greatness" you shall bring. DGS was made to help people not so people can help it. Not at all, it is not my intention for you to think that. My vallue to DGS??? I don't think I can do that much for DGS, I can do something though... I am not useless. I am not the greatest dunger of all, but there are many who can learn a lot from me, but not like anybody else can't... I am in no way too good for DGS. I just thought I could help and found that I having to get 70 rc a bit ridiculous because it is a skill i hate most... the fact i hate rc doesnt make me want to dung less or help less people. If I can't help at all without 70 rc then so be it. But imo, write all the skill reqs down in the reqs because it confuses me. Read the guidelines? Good, now join the clan chat 'DGS' as a guest. L, why do people make it sound like it's the greatest thing in the world that they join DGS? Like they're doing the whole world a favor that they're learning how to DG. Anyhow two things - the only requirements are 45 Def and 64 Magic which are necessary for SSH/GT. And level 70 of anything isn't too much to ask for 737k exp in a skill. It's the equivalent of training a skill for 5.7% of the way to 99 which is more then fair. If you feel that DGS is cocky for asking people to have trivial requirements, we might as well all get on skillers and DG. Why not right? My atk/str/def should stay at 1 because I rather not train any combat skill and DG even though combat is an integral part of DG. For anybody to even want me to train my stats so that we can all DG faster is ridiculous. -- Anyhow, I'm not anybody in DGS - I think it's a bit ridiculous that you have such a mentality towards the clan. It's like being angry at your teacher that they expect you to bring a pencil to school to learn. I mean you're already gracing them with your time already right? what else could they possible ask for. So you say 45 def and 64 magic is the only req, but lvl 70 rc isnt too hard to get so I should get that too, in that case you should take that in the req. I do not play this game to train my RC. I am just letting people know how I look at this. Trivial req... where did I mention that? And you compare it to being mad at the teacher for asking to take a pencil to school to learn, no just no. There are enough people who I can help achieve better dungeoneer results, just went to DGS because I know there are good students that want to learn and not are just in for the chaotics. Because I really enjoy helping and I don't care if I lose time/xp doing so. And I love learning too, so I don't fear criticism. Because dunging is all about having a csb..? Since when is willing to learn also willing to spend time training side skills, I learned Prom 2h would be my best bind so I got that... It was something I was already able to get but I didn't have because I didn't know. I know what the csb is for. Sorry for saying ccb thats my mistake :)

DGS ? I mean cmon, I am willing to spend my tokens on my ring... change binds, learn all there is to learn. But it seems like you guys want me to train my stats now to get binds like CCB (that means training my RC), that is ridiculous. I am in no way autistic enough to train such a boring skill as runecrafting. (slight joke here, you don't have to be autistic to get 70 rc....) What is next... train my summoning? No I am proud of my 1 summoning. Thank you DGS for your guidelines post, it helped me back when I was 70 dung and wanted to know ways to communicate better in dungs. I rather team up with better people though, not too cocky about themselves. Yes you might be better in setting fast times, but you have some rotten mentality for a so called helping clan. Have you ever had any experience with flipping? Or merching on RS at all? Because truly, short term investments is EXACTLY how you make money. If you try to go for long term investment - chances are extremely high that you will lose money (unless you're super duper rich and you're just buying phats/halloween masks/santas/etc) If you don't believe this, randomly think of 5 items and check up their 180 day price change on the GE. I'm pretty sure all of those 5 items will have a negative price change (and if its positive the price probably started at 5 gp and rose to 7 gp or something along those lines. Price trend may not always be an accurate depictor of what is a good/bad trade. Unlike the stock market where you're forced to sell at exactly the market price, the GE gives farm more leeway. You can change your price inbetween and I've experimented with items that have pretty stable price trends but they can offer amazing profit as well. Also, the GE trends are based on the average of prices that an item goes through. If you're flipping, you're buying low and selling high. The average of these two are way closer to the median and as a result, you wouldn't change the GE median much which then distort the trend you would like to see. Boy have I got experience merching, not flipping. And I can name 10 items that are going really good in the long term or 10 items that did well for me. When doing a long term investment, I not only look at the 180, 90 and 30 day chart, I also estemate how needed a product is and the times I am doing the merch in. So when you doing a long term you also gotta think a little bit, but that is rewarded. I am going to give an example: I got a long term running for a little while, right now it is at 150% which means I could make 60 Million right now. It is risky but I am going to wait even longer and go for it when it is at 250% which is not going to take long. (And I got more items laying around just like that, some worth a lot more) I already have my plan drawn for what I do after that. Final note, rares and stuff rise too damn slow to make good long term money off. Rares are what you reside to when you are going to take a break, don't know how long.

you are forgetting the mages who dont have 77 rc, i cant describe how much will 100 extra bloodrunes will help me. 70 rc. And if you don't have that, laws(or cosmics) are a much better bind. A mage with laws or cosmics bound... nice YEah I know mages should be people with high rc so they can self-suply and/or surgebox

Maybe too soon, since the update just came out, so I put spoiler tags in title. (feel free to edit it so that it does not hurt the people that do not want to know the rewards before they do the quest, mods) Now that we see the first quest reward that allows you to add something to your ammo bind, that opens doors for future rewards like actual extra binds (weapon, armour etc) doesn't it? What is also possible is a future quest having an opposite reward, take something out of dungeons into the real RS (of course not free to choose anything you want) Discus or celebrate :)
