Genesis and The Big Bang
If one were to read the Bible literally, they would get nowhere. It is the world's most famous book in which many great minds to this day are STILL trying deciefer, to no avail. Such information cannot be given lightly, and until our minds evolve we may never know the full truths. As for the big bang, this is an arguement FOR creationism, not against it. For the people proving the big bang to disprove God, you are actually suggesting creationism is a fact. The big bang was an event which it's "bang" cannot scientifically be explained. The evidence for the big bang is overwhelming, no-one can deny that. If you look far enough into the sky, you can see the evidence for it. The topic title is pointless, the arguement swings in both ways for creationism and hence pro-religion. Until someone here can explain how the big bang started, this post is over. 1. You can not rationally say that one supernatural belief is better than another because it is "famous" or is accepted by more people. 2. I suggest you look for answers for the origins of the "bang" that have real probability before you start looking into physically impossible (or hysterically improbable) answers, such as creationism. Also, I suggest you learn more about the Big Bang and the behavior of matter in hypercritical mass before you say that science cannot explain the "bang". 3. Sorry to sound patronizing, but when religious people try to use scientific theorem in hopes of shedding more credibility on their supernatural theory, I can't help but laugh at the obvious oxymoron. I'm sorry, I don't understand. Not once did you explain how the big bang occured. The theory of matter waging in a 'war' against antimatter is plauseable, however it does not explain what caused the initial reaction to occur. Science cannot explain exactly what caused the big bang, so I do not find your patronising tone justified. Creationism gets a point in favour of the big bang, and as soon as people start linking science and religion instead of seperating them, the more progress we'll make.

Hefty suggestion for the state of pvp
I'm quite sure I just read over 7k words and am feeling exhausted. I'm going to re-read certain points before throwing in my 2 cents. Ow

For Those That Hate 76k'rs: What Have You Done to Stop Them?
This just gives them an incentive to go and make money, aka TRAIN YOUR GODDAMN SKILLS ALREADY. It can also nerf tricking so that mass inflation will stop, because, as you said, not everybody has that much money just for PvP. Money sinks are needed in Runescape. Badly. More money sinks are not the answer to a broken pvp system. It will just delay the inevitable if 76king isn't repaired.

Hello? Read my post. People can't stop it, that's the whole point ...

For Those That Hate 76k'rs: What Have You Done to Stop Them?
I don't think you're aware how 76kers build ep. They stand there with an item worth 76k, and a rune dart. The item worth 76k has to not protect over the rune dart. So if they're ever attacked, they simply throw their rune dart. Making it very easy to afk build ep with auto retaliate on.

Genesis and The Big Bang
I read the original post, saw it was about religion and decided not to get into it. However, about the original post, why are you comparing the big bang to Genesis. The Big Band is EVIDENCE FOR creationism. We have strong evidence that it happened, trying to disprove the Big Bang is ridiculous. However, in support FOR the big bang, one is FOR either creationism or something not yet explained, because, no-one has a clue what sparked the big bang to happen and where the initial matter / anti-matter war arose from. THIS is creationism.

Ambler3's Blog- [VITALIS DROP!!] :D
Best of luck :) Are you trying to achieve your combat goals through slayer? As that would be your best bet.

Most impressive untrimmed cape
I agree with both but hitpoints. If you train controlled with the occasional range training in there, 99 hp should be before your other melee stats anyway ... But doesn't HP start at level 10? Sorry? And this means what? Not quite sure with what you mean? Saying that if a skill starts higher it shouldn't hit 99 first?

RWT - Give Up Jagex
Nothing, currently. The things they DID do against it are ancient, dating back to at least Burning Crusade, probably even further back. They delayed mail between two accounts that involved money and items by something like two hours and did the same for items bought via the auctionhouse, most likely to check the legitimacy of the trade, and disallowed trial accounts from getting more than X gold and going beyond level 20. And that's all. No trade restrictions, no auction house restrictions, nothing. But I've never seen or heard of Blizzard complaining about banks threatening to deny them credit card service. Which is odd, especially because all gold farmers must use a credit card to farm at all, unlike Runescape. There's not much concern as gold doesn't impact a great deal in the game like Runescape does. WoW is more concerned with skill than wealth and time spent.

This is nice, and should go hand in hand with farming.

RWT - Give Up Jagex
In regard to bot control, yes. In regard to improving the quality of the game, no.

RWT - Give Up Jagex
This is true. More concern with real life issues than the state of the game.

Most impressive untrimmed cape
As usual, afking, bored, decided to make an epic post. What would be the most amazing untrimmed skill cape :P I think I take the cake in saying it'd have to be slayer, although summoning is an interesting one also. Thoughts?

Hefty suggestion for the state of pvp
Ding!, just had an idea  What about upon death, your items are held safe by an NPC, which can be bought back for half price ( maybe even 1/4 the price ). This is where the GE comes into play with its first useful addition so far, as it could correctly price the items for the pker wanting to buy it back. This suggestion would definetly give risk to pking, as well as draining money out of the game to combat the large inflation problem. HOWEVER, such a potential loss would need to give a much better reward than what has so far been suggested. And I believe this reward has to be an item reward - based on rank or various other suggestions. If you have any immediate problems with this suggestion, post it. I'd like to see some huge flaws with it before I run with it.

Hefty suggestion for the state of pvp
I agree, on a condition. Safe PvP will ruin the economy if there is no incentive to last longer than your opponent. The if is the big part, and if Great read over the pages, he'd see several suggestions on giving incentive to pk if it were safe. Some I must say, are quite good. Phew, many pages to read, tons of awesome ideas. Although it's hard to say any idea has really striked me as amazing or able to stand up to the old wilderness. Item loss for 24 hours is an interesting idea however :P

Player tested content?
Jagex do have a reputation for fixing updates after the release :P Further player testing would be highly beneficial to ensure a high quality standard of each update. I would love to see GOOD updates every month, instead of a weekly sometimes rushed one. This gives more time for player testing for those that wish to take part

Hefty suggestion for the state of pvp
Unfortunately the only suggestion I have is to have PvP +1 worlds. That way, you will be able to PvP with your whip/godsword/whatever and not risk having to buy another. And, you can use these safely in places other than the wildy. I hear the downside is wimpy claw users would be able to 1 item easily if this were the case. I think there needs to be some sort of huge disadvantage towards 1 iteming, as most of them can get lucky quite easy. I for one would love to see an increase in wealth risk the higher your lvl. 76k at 138 is nearly covered in your supplies ...

Hefty suggestion for the state of pvp
Lol, I had a little chuckle there. I think this topic has neared it's end, and the conclusion is my intitial suggestion was too similar to the many mini games we already have. Pking is unique to Runescape in which you can obtain items from another who in turn loses his  This is not a discussion as to why you played Runescape in rsc, as being on a tip it board I am very confident many of the oldschoolers would have had no affiliation with pking. However, I still stand by saying 90% of the players at the time, did. Thanks all for the suggestions, I am out of ideas to maintain the wild as fun, anti-RWT and still containing loss of items (without this factor, it's not true Runescape pking I believe). By all means continue if you have some amazing suggestion :P

Hefty suggestion for the state of pvp
Maybe you did. I didn't and I'm quite sure I'm not the only one. This is taken the wrong way, many people have argued the point and I'm here to clear it up. Read the sentence carefully, since the start of runescape, you played to pk. I stand by it being 90% of the rs population was focused on pking in the early days of runescape, rsc, this does not mean since the start of yourRunescape time. I admit skilling has become real fun, I myself skill these days over pking. But the focus of Runescape at the time was pking, and any progression most people made was towards the wild.
