  1. Ok :P maybe it is worth noticing that I mostly use the website update & correction forum. may it be sub-forum specific.
  2. nope you can mark a locked topic read by reading it.
  3. Hi, This is the problem: When you read a topic that has been moved to an other subforum it doesn't check the moved topic (in the wrong subforum) as read. You will then have to do it yourself by clicking "(Mark this forum as read)". Of course this is a small bug and it doesn't take much time to click on the hyperlink, but if it could be easy solved it would be nice. Thanks in advance :)
  4. Thanks! This is a really nice idea ^^ Sounds like fun to me. @bladewing, Thanks! I might consider it. @Aslan, didn't think about the deposit box. Thanks!
  5. Does anyone else still have some ideas? :)
  6. Hi all, http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=66 I didn't wear it, I had it in my invetory. I could still enter without taking damage.
  7. The guide did work for me.
  8. They can already do that. They don't have to type in their native language. It is optional.
  9. Thank you for your opinion, although I see it this way: I don't need to be a pro in RS and I don't need money in RS. I want to have fun in RS and I want some feeling that I have accomplished something. That does not include XP. It does include: Items for other skills (bolts for ranging, gold bars for crafting etc.), quests, getting something special/rare. Of coures I want xp and gold, but those are not important. Because why would I grind or merchant just to get bored and quit? The main problem here is that my way of fun is different from most of the runescape players and that I want to find other ways of training one of my favourite skills (smithing). This skill is one of my favourite because I make bars/items, which gives me the feeling that I have accomplished something every time I make a bar/item (especially from mithril/addy and if I could smith it: rune).
  10. That is interesting, I could make junk to use for Mobilising Armies. I also dislike junk selling. (I know, i am a bit picky, makes it a lot more difficult :P )
  11. Well something you could try is buying the addy/mith (I know you said you'd rather not, but hear me out) and taking a full inventory unnoted with superheat runes to a good place to mine coal, perhaps the Mining Guild (Coal Trucks would not be viable for this method). Drop either 4 or 2 ores (depending on whether it is addy or mith), mine that much coal, superheat, mine, superheat, etc., pick up those ores once you have space, then repeat until you have a full invent of addy/mith bars, then bank and repeat. You'd end up profiting (I believe) and it's not quite as slow as mining everything yourself. Hmm this could be an option, although I would mine those ores myself first, bank and then go to the guild. Still not sure how good this method is, I would rather not use superheat, but it is acceptable :P Unstrung symbols don't sound like fun to make :P
  12. It seems that silver could be nice, but the only profitable reward I can see are the bolts. I am not sure how good those bolts are? Or are there other products from silver I could use/sell?
  13. Thank you zaaps, Well power-mining is something I don't want to do, I dislike it, I have a strong feeling in me that says I need to bank those ores :P But how slow are things like mithril and addy? (if you only look at collecting the coal). edit: hmm silver, I have to look into that.
  14. Hi all, What is a quick way but still profitable way to train mining AND smithing. I know about gold, but is there something else? Because only gold is boring. I want to make a few things clear: I don't want to sell ores I don't want to sell bars I don't want to make cannonballs I don't want to buy ores and bars, i want to mine and melt then myself edit: I don't want to powermine So what other options do I have besides gold? So far I got: Gold Silver -> bolts Superheating addy/mith Make junk for MA Thanks in advance P.S. profitable doesn't have to mean I can get much cash from it.
  15. Just want to add my 2 cents, I had this same message half a year ago when I did it on my old account. There were already zombies in varrock.
  16. http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=72 Well that is in the middle of the guide. Why isn't it at the requirements? Also it is wise to suggest to buy a few in case you burn it. There is a grammar/spelling error in there too: And at last, there is no warning for falling from the bridge and climbing the rocks at step 7.
  17. Then why couldn't they type up the post in the Google Translate box? In the first case (the poster searches for a translating) there is only one person who needs to search for a translation. In the second case (the viewers search for a translating) there are a lot of people who need to search for a translation. I think it isn't nice of a person when he lets all those people search for a translation when he can also do it himself.

wearing the explorer's ring doesn't count. Only the chance to get extra runes count. I suggest you don't wear the ring at all while trying to achieve it.
  19. Honestly, I don't see where this thread is going. There are so many posts and the only two things I can read are: Q-Why is this rule here? It should be removed or be more strict A-This rule is there for many reasons. Also I don't get the large fuss about the rule. What does it matter that people can use their own language and give a translation? Are you bothered by people doing so?
  20. just want to say that adding tables isn't always wise. I have seen many forums that did allow tables. If you would make a table and not use the end tag it would mess up the whole lay-out of the page. So if tip.it would like to add tables, it should test those things.
  21. If there is any need for it, I can test it as I have a TI84+
  22. Delrith http://www.essiw.nl/-%20-%20overig/Delrith.gif ID=32 http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=32 P.S. I edited some parts of the toes because there was grass on it. Crew Edit: Awesome picture! Uploaded and credited, thanks a lot! ~Juhnie
  23. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?rs2quest_id=134#pirate Add to the subquest requirement: Must be able to defeat five level 30 mudskippers. Also: add a warning that you can eat the fishcake. Thanks!
  24. Thank you xena! I have not checked every required quest but I can see that all the subquest I can't do yet are red. So it seems good! :)
  25. to upload a picture go to an upload website (like http://imageshack.us/ ) and upload your picture. then pic the Direct url and paste it between the tags.
