For Those of you who dont know, thats how republic and democracy work, the president (or whoever) or the military, dont have the power to launch weapons without authorization from the other parties. If the superpowers didnt have such a system, they would not be superpowers. Iran and North korea on the otherhand, have leaders that can make any desicion they want. and can launch their nukes anytime they feel like it. On top of that theyre nutjobs that starve their people and claim that the jews faked the holocaust, I would be very scared when people like that get a hold of operational nuclear weapons.
