The reason they are named that is for hex editors to think "Whoa what the - ... Gotta try this!"... The ban stick follows shortly after. And to Adam007, yes I believe that is what you're seeing.

kulma.ath.cx or whatever is a site for private servers... they go there to find the ID's for the items/objects/NPCs to spawn. None of that is runescape related, the private servers have POHs, thats what its for.
