They have to be decently independent, their eyes... my lord their eyes... and just to be amazing around with. They have to look attractive as well. Oh, and shorter girls are nice, although it's not really important. If they're taller than me it gets a bit awkward, if you get what I mean. My ex was fairly short, she was quite the looker as well.
