    Wait a half an hour. If it stays at the splash screen then you have a problem. P.S. I think he means cold boot meaning turning it on after it being off in comparison to a warm boot where you restart the computer using the restart option.

    I also think it could be an overheating issue. When CPUs overheat, there is a performance reduction.

    Clan Citadels sound interesting. If they do it right they'll be very beneficial. Cryptic Clue Fest sounds interesting. Probably will be the first one I'll ever do. Shame I didn't do the last one. New Slug Quest finally. Looking forward to that. Not really a massively amazing month, but I can't say I hate it either.
