No offence, but I think this isn't a good idea. People with the miost money should be those who work the hardest; not those with the biggest wallets.

Thanks for all the comments guys, I appreciate them. Just hit this: Sports Day! Ah sports day, it is supposed to go well. It nearly did... My events were: -200m -Long Jump -Relay 200m was by far the best event I did. I ran well, and I thought 1st place was in the bag when the fastest runner in the year lost his shoe. :XD: He recovered though, and I ended with the bronze position and a time of 28 seconds dead. Not bad. I completely lost the plot in the long jump. Supposedly my best event, my first jump got me a dismal length of 3.9m and my other two were fouls. I really [bleep]ed that up. Half of our relay team were in isolation for stealing floppy disks, (our form has a reputation of unstable mental health, this incident proved it) so we put together a mismatch team at the last minute. We didn't do too badly, considering our original team it might have been a better performance than if we did have the two disabled monkeys. :lol:

Ok, so we've established that I WILL make a loss whilst crafting. What if I made all the natures in one go (would cost me ~6.8m) and then bought 10k hides. I could then alch, and make up the difference for the next 10k by Barrowsing or similar. How does that sound? It would mean raising about 2,5m in between every 10k hides.

:x That totally throws my plan up in the air, I am relying on the ability to break even or a small profit. #-o

Thanks very much for such an informative post. Unless I can find myself a high earning way of making cash, I think my current plan may be the only option for me. If I bumped up my playing time to around 21 hours a week, I reckon I could finish all this under four months. :-k

Thanks, I will of course be using the abyss. It is fastest and therefore best method for me. I tam still unsure whether to raise more money to begin with and get ALL the runecrafting over and done with, or whether to stagger it (i.e craft 3500 natures, craft 10k hides & alch). The alching is the bit I am a bit worried about, hopefully by staggering it as I go along 3500 alchs or so at a time won't seem so bad. :)

Heres my hypothetical plan: -Get 20m or so -Buy 68k essence, craft to natures -Buy 10k Green D'Hide -Make into bodies -> alch -Buy more hides, repeat Of course, I can always craft less natures to begin with and buy more as I go along. Does this seem like a relatively good way to get my first 99? Any ideas how long this would take me, including buying times (assuming I buy essence @ 100 each and hides @ 1.45k each). Thanks.

It's an achievement, and he is telling us what he is going to do next. Who are you to say he shouldn't make threads here? He is entitled to do that just as much as people who are posting about getting expensive drops. :shame: Congratulations, and good luck on getting 99 Attack. :)

I will be using Pyramid Plunder, the faster the exp the better. And my fishing was 80 but I changed it because I thought that 80 was too high for me. 75 will suffice until I feel the need to train it again, it isn't my favourite skill to say the least. :lol: I have decided to scrap my Daily Journal, it is too much hassle to put it up everyday and I doubt many people read it anyway.

Heres what happened. I bought 1k bloods and 7500 fires, and 1k sharks. That totals around 1.5m, maybe more. I head down to mithril dragons and they are practically empty. I kill 12 in 4 trips before my runes run out, and get the clue. I needed a rune full helm, fire battlestaff and blue d'hide chaps. Bought all them for 150k. This was the reward: I need to start making money as opposed to losing it! :XD:

I'll hit 60 when I do a round of trees later. \

Daily Journal - [07/07/07] Grr, didn't play much today. In a way that is good, but having to watch Wimbledon all afteroon is hardly fun. :x I have gotten a few levels though, despite having restricted playing time. All in all it hasn't been a bad day, I can play later tonight as well as I am home alone. Look out for a fishing level (maybe)! \ Level Ups: Significant News/Drops: None

There a few people in my school who think are the next Johnny Nashville (or however you spell it). :roll: It is quite funny to watch, although I wouldn't try it myself. They have done a lot of wierd stuff, like; -Rubbing a penny vigorously over one patch of skin, causing it to make a wound. Then commencing the act of crushed salt & vinegar crisps into said wound. :uhh: -Snorting sugar, then trying salt. -Cutting triangles out of a ruler and hitting their arms with it, making puncture wounds. :uhh:
