Daily Journal - [20/06/07] I have had another great day, I hope having them in excess isn't bad for you. :uhh: After finding out what pathetic experience grey chinchompas are, I hauled my backside down to the desert. I grabbed a level, and headed off to school. A selection of lessons were in store; only three proper ones though because of my athletics competition. \ As usual I played football at lunch, and I broke my dry streak with a goal. Could have been two if my heading wasn't so dismal. :XD: I left at 1:30, for my athletics competition. I was a bit nervous, I am not a majorly competitive person but coming last or not doing my best annoys me. I had been chosen to do the long jump, but as no one else had filled in the 200m spot I did that as well. The competition was stiff, I came second from last. It was a close race though, and I got a decent time. I waited for the tannoy to announce the year nine boys to make their way to the long jump pit. I sized up my opponents, I was the shortest one their. This didn't put me off though, three jumps later and second place was mine. 4.49 Metres - Not my best but enough to get silver position. There was some dispute over whether my third jump was a foul or not, it was easily a 4.75+ jump. I'm not complaining though, I set out and achieved much more than i could have hoped. : Level Ups: Significant Drops/News: None.

My salamanders got stuck, so the last few 'k of experience was really slow. Hopefully when I log back in they will be ok, otherwise I'll have to change worlds.

I was getting experience at chinchompas, but when I return later this evening I shall start getting experience at salamanders.

You hate or have a problem with EVERY topic I've seen you post in. :| Anyway, if Jagex create a new bank very similar to Thagern's idea then I shall be extremely please. A lock feature is something we need urgently, a tidy desk leads to a tidy life or something along those lines. :anxious:

Daily Journal - [19/06/07] I've had quite a good day today. I hit 58 Thieving quite quickly, allowing me to do Grim Tales. I finally have my QP Cape back! I am once again stuck with what to do now. I want to stay away from things like slayer and Barrows, I want to try and get some experience in the stats I have goals for (front page). I am leaning towards either Hunter, Thieving or Agility. I need help. :| Level Ups: Significant Drops/News: QP Cape regained.

It's expensive. :P Looks like firecape has been cancelled this weekend, we are going to Wales. Maybe another time...

I agree with blak blade, Jagex should be surprising us with these special events. The whole point is that they only happen once a year, I don't think it will as fun if I know what is going to happen and what I will be reward with. :? I voted for a brooom though. :XD:

Daily Journal - [18/06/07] Today I haven't played as much, I can't anyway on Mondays because of homework and Scouts. But, nonetheless, I haven't done too badly for myself. As always, the update has confused me. I'll get to grips with whatever the hell it means over the next week. :P I am still on track for a firecape attempt or two on Saturday, as long as my brother isn't in the house. I don't really want him storming in whilst I'm on Jad, it is too much of a distraction. :lol: Tomorrow I plan to hit 58 Thieving, and on have a quest cape by the end of Wednesday at the latest. If you have looked carefully at my blog, you might have noticed the section about 99 Firemaking has been deleted. That is because it is no longer an important goal of mine to go for the level. I wasn't finding it fun before quit, I can't see how it will help me now. I have kept 9k or so Maple logs for 90, which I will get in due time. I sold the other 20k and am now about to purchase a Veracs Helm. Sorry if I disapointed anybody.

Heh, ok. I dunno how or why but my interest for Dking has really sparked up again! I think i'll aim for at least 85 Defence, and some of the better Veracs set-up for optimum performance. Looks like I have some new stuff to Barrows for soon. :shock:

Maybe I should consider going for 90 Defence. 8-)

Hehe thanks. And good luck with your exams. I've been reading through and watching some guides for maging Dagganoth rex, and because you use Veracs and not Guthans I am interested. I *think* for the runes and pots for one trip it is like 700k, I'll ask someone like Colossus to check for me though. Could be the rebirth of DKing for me. :shock:

Daily Journal - [17/06/07] I've been Barrowsing for a long time now, but I am still not tired of it. Today I got two drops, a level and met a couple of people. I sold some stuff in W2, bought a Veracs Brassard, and now I am only 1.3m or so away from getting the helmet. Nothing left to say, it has been a great day. :D I just sold 20k Maples, for a mediocre price of 1.5m I bought the helm. The firecape attempts start on Saturday.
