I decided to hop online the other day after downloading a billion updates. Since I seriously played, I've gotten married, started an awesome consulting job, and have started building my dream home, but the lure of runescape has SOMEHOW pulled me back after all these years. Should I continue playing? The combat is completely different and there are tons of new skills and items, some of which you have to pay real money for and hope you hit it big on the wheel of fortune. -Great Dane

Hey all, just finished WGS and thinking of killing some tormented demons. Atk: 91 Str: 91 Def: 91 HP: 93 Pray: 75 Range:86 Magic: 82 Would rather not mage if possible...don't mind ranging/melee combo. Any thoughts?

Nope Why does it keep saying that my traps aren't baited when I re-set them after catching a lizard? Makes sense that the lizard would eat the guam tar or something...Alls I know is that I only brought 30 and I'm running out :-k

If smoking a trap is easy as a click-torch, click-trap to clear your scent, why is it slow? I haven't tried hunting yet so forgive my ignorance on the subject :oops:

Whoa, where'd you get the rainbow shoes? I hope that some of you had items in your inventory - otherwise I wouldn't want to be lugging around 20+ kg of weight when skilling (which requires some running most of the time)!

Can you use secutars on any willow tree, or do you have to farm your own for the branches?

That sounds kind of fun :-k I do it because I love my quest cape, knowing I meet the requirements (Even if I needed a spicy stew for herblore :wall: ) for any NPC task in the game. As another said up there, I like being independent and knowing I could make money in a variety of ways if I took the time.

I can't see how these animals will give out good armor or weapons. You trap (since apparently you don't kill in hunting anymore :-k ) a reindeer, he gives you a sweet legendary weapon? Doesn't add up to me. Yes, it's way too early to tell, but I'm one of the skeptics of this skill and am with the guy who posted a few posts up that would like to enjoy the skills we already have now.

People like you annoy me. I feel quests are are an important part of the game and a fun part. They're not as fun if you use a step by step guide. Maybe if you tried not using a guide which i've been saying throughout this thread, you might find it more fun? There is more to the game than simply gaining hiscore positions, this is part of it. Basically don't knock something that you have never properly tried. If you're going to start a discussion on some aspect of the game, perhaps you should attempt to hold an unbiased viewpoint in regards to this aspect. Instead of a discussion, you seem to be selling that we shouldn't use Tip It's quest guides. I for one find quests very enjoyable and most of the time hilarious, yet I use guides every time because some quests take 2+ hours to finish as it is. Don't talk down someone because they don't share your opinion. Maybe people like you annoy Tbfgraphx14.
