You will need 48 construction and some tea. the crystal saw won't work here because you can't use it with the room and stews are too unreliable. Shouldn't cost you more than 1m.

Or buy super restores in bulk for 7k ea, I always go that. they're better than pray pots because they restore your agility if Karil drained it. I camp at barrows with my FULL GUTHANS (sorry, had to do that :P ) so restoring agility is quite a help.

I will venture a guess on the spear: When people train with Guthans, they always carry rune plate, legs and a whip. I think the whip or plate protects over the spear. Verac's brassard costs more because it looks awsome.

At your combat I suggest full rune with a pcikaxe in your inventory. People will attack you a lot less and you can defend yourself if you want to.

They won't high alch for more than 50gp, so you'll be losing tons of cash.

from what I've heard, it is one of the best moneymakers ingame. A rune miner should be able to give you more information on this matter though.
