Your stats are good for Barrows, but I really recommend slayer darth though. It saves a lot on elemental runes since you always got your runes back. Train slayer with your whip on defence mode (63 is a bit low) and you'll be fine. Unless you want to ancient of course but that's not something you should be doing on your first trip.

Dharok-Kharil-Ahrim-Guthan-Torag, I take on Verac and my tunnel brother in the tunnels. If Guthan happens to be my tunnel brother I also do Torag there. 3-4 doses per run, I can last 15-20 runs there. Made a picture.
