Slayer Dart Very effective, cheap, and I hit 18 with it . Last time I tried ancients I died there, so I'm not using that again. 12 pots and 7 sharks make me last 8-10 runs, ancients would cost me a lot more for like 2 extra runs per trip. Gotta love guthans.

I odn't think they're necessary; I rarely use more than 3 brews (I mastered safespotting :P ), and I'd much rather take the defence bonus than the run energy I don't need anyway. EDIT: Ape Atoll agility training? It heals and gives you energy wich allows for faster training.

Mud staff? Don't you mean Lava staff? (Aren't the dagg. kings the only droppers of mud staves?) He means lava :wink: . At your level I strongly recommend skipping them, they hit hard on me and I have 70 range, 80 magic and 76 defence. You're just toast after 2 kills.

How can you lose money at 44 rc when essence is 30ea? You make 5x airs so every 1k essence gets you 5k airs. Not bad.

. Do some more quests :P . I gained 50 qp in 1 week and was surprised with the results. Oh and you guys just got bad luck/ you guys are awful, nothing has changed.
