Elucin8er is right tbh, clans are also part of this trend. Most people with high combats-low totals are usually in a clan of some sort. It is almost sicking that clans like di-ds can boast over 100 members with like 123 combat average

it is pointless making a clan marketplace since you get no one looking in the clan related forums. Another dead forum pl0x? I insist that you should use your efforts to increase the activity there rather than make another pointless forum?

Well i have noticed several things whilist browsing through both runescape related forums. During this period i could evidentially prove that tip.it had less users at both peak and non peark periods. I need to ask those 'higher' people in the community why we lack new 'ideas' like rsc has. A common example is our achrive of wisdom which is a direct copy of their guides section where our Player-Made Guides is a copy of their draft camp. Our 'new' clan section is copy of their clan section just renamed with inapporialty pointless names, eg. pk in runs = The Battlefield Book. Another point is the banning of megaupload where the 'few' pk fans of the community are forced to go else where to get vids? This is basicly pointless for banning such a popular form of downloading videos due to key loggers. Why not post a warning that tip.it is not responsible and that these videos run the risk of downloading spyware? People wonder why nearly half of these forums are dead, well the answer is self explaintory isnt it? Sorry for my poor grammar, its 9:49 pm and its been a long day

The organisation of clans has improved greatly due to the introduction of teamspeak other similiar programs, ko squads and many other things...... Divine Forces is an example of how an organisation of clan can triumph over levels. What are your views on the matter?

I dont think so In rsc it was very rare to see a combat of 100.. In rs2 you can get attack/strength/defence/Hitpoints in under a year That would be serious no-lifing.. :roll: Actually, not really. To get 99 attack/strength/defence in a year it would take 100k or so experience per day, which is easily do-able in only 2 hour of play per day. 2 hours a day isn't considered "serious no lifing" at all. Yeh the average person plays like 20 hours btw a 'week'

Maybe its not the money but the principle, perpahs he thinks he needs a fresh start on a new character.

Is a level 99 combat skill the new level 100 combat....... Basically is having 99 attack/strength/defence/magic/ basically the same in terms of 100 combat a few years back in terms of rarity?

Clan Disscusion in tip.it is basicly dead: Tip.it needs a new structure overall, more than two mods to overlook the whole forums. There should be a dramatic rehaul of the whole system of clans simliar that of the layout of RSC. Theirs is much more organised and efficent. Inorder to increase the amount of activity in whole clan dissucssuion they should make it compulsory for clans advertising in the recruitment section to post about their activties on tip.it. Perhaps the recruitment of some well known clan figures as mod would help spur the growth. Hosting a mini war tornament would increase the amount of post, however do get a willing amount of particpants would require a large deal of work. But to increase the amount of clans posting i think it would be good good to be more leaniant on the rules and allow more freedom. Encourage clans to post the topic they post on rsc on tip.it would increase post hence views.....
