I've only gone clue hunting four times after the new update. 18th jelly = clue 6th jelly = clue 3rd pie on abyssal demons = clue 4.5th pie on abyssal demons = clue. Doesnt seem like the drop rate has gone lower to me.

Most likely you saw a mod standing on the water. Not only can they change their stats at will, they are not restered by the normal bounds of the game. Not to sound redounted but it will not let you log it.( i just had to have something on topic in this post, This whole thing is really just the answer to the walking on water thing.) Thank you for your input but I'm talking about a couple of years ago (In RSC I'm pretty sure), your character would be standing on top of a huge body of water. And when in the wilderness, you would be on the ground able to walk around. I'm an RSC product and I know what I'm talking

With those stats and equipment, I would recommend that you get 70 mage through high alching or something of the sort. You could also put it into range (buying arrows and such to train with). The best method is to use one skill for the other. Woodcut --> fletch --> range. In your case, you could Buy-->fletch---Range. or Buy essence --> runecraft --> mage. Basically: spend money on stats. Items are pretty much worthless without the stats. If you had 70 attack, i would recommend a whip though.

It would really help if you were to list all your current items of value and give us your stats. Then we might be able to help you out.

It really depends on your stats. I would personally say get 94 or 99 magic if you do not already have it (this can be reached with a mere 12 million to 94). You could buy a cannon and tons of cannonballs and train slayer with the extra damage which will give you ranged and slayer exp at the same time. The possibilities are endless, think of what you like to do most and just go do it :)
