hi Guys and gals My brother recently aquired the final piece of his zombie outfit and wanted a way to celebrate. I have just finished re-watching saun of the dead (i love that film) and thought it would be fun if we could have a zombie invasion. anyone who is interested can meet us in lumbridge (if there is an excessive number of peole we will drag our corpses up to varrock) The date will be Sunday 12TH August at 9PM (UK Time) on World 67 dress code is zombie outfit (no capes, amulets weapons or shields) post here if you are interested in joining us.

I support this to an extent, I have to admit that restricting bank space is a problem for me. I hit 85 Mining recently and started doing runite runs into the wildy. obviously i dropped all my valuable stuff into the bank and oh.... :evil: random costumes are my big problem: leiderhosen (3) Zombie (5) Mime (5) Frog (1 i have tokens) Desert (only 1 so far) Dont know if anyone has suggested it but why can't we combine random clothes with the holiday drops ie use diango. then if you drop them you destroy them and diango can give them back. would be useful to P2P (who have low construction or no house) would be a godsend to F2P and dont have to adjust the bank limit.

Why don't we just get volunteers to be a guide for a newb for a day. show them how to skill up show them how to make money (selling etc) explain how you can go on to make big money. I often find someone asking for assistance and i take the time to help them and it is a very rewarding experience, however if they start begging then they go in my ignore list. and yes the begging normally starts when i tell them I have over 5 mill.

Why don't we do a name and shame policy here post a macroers name, where they macro and all the tip it community can arrive the mods amongst us can give them a warning. then we can all report them. mob rule!!! alternativly Jagex could give the/selected Player Mods the power to make macroers attackable even when not in wildy!! now that would vent a few frustrations :twisted:

then i would go WAY back and register under the name i really wanted

i would go back 1 week and wait till my brother was on so i could give him the winning lottery numbers :D

back on now. ready to see how close i can get to buying full rune tonight. 4 hours in and 85k earned so far (averaging over 21k per hour aint bad without merchanting, is it?)

as a comparison, next i will see how long it takes me to beg up to 50k full rune with skimmy and rune pickaxe

not bad atall, btw 35k cash so far saving up 180k to buy full rune

sure, it would be easier if i took a load of dwarven stout into the wildy and mined runeite, id be 50k up in no time i restricted myself to useing skills around the 41 level (use rune pick). and we all start with next to nothing and earn things. I'm proving that it is easier to get your head down and earn money than it is begging it. you could argue that if all someone was lower level then it would be easier.

damn damn damn, my boss just gave me a [cabbage] load of work to do. time to leave this little experiment (for now)

hey, i'm not mercahnting here. I know a lot of money can be made that way. I'm using my skills to get me what i need. but yeah in 2 hours about 25k from steel bars btw have you ever tried NOT using your bank for strage. man its a pain in the [bleep]

over 18k so far, and i'm not even trying, thanks for the offer but i intend to prove how easy it is to make money providing you dont loose your account when hacked

this isn't weather you get hacked, its about the "I got hacked give me free stuff" I already have an addy pick and 3k cash to play with start with nowt. walk to fally (the walking is killing me mind gonna have to get some laws soon) pick up bronze pick in building at guild entrance mined iron and coal made steel bars sold for 400gp each (quick sale) bought addy pick i even stopped off to kill some dark wizards so i had an outfit to wear

oh and tempting as it may be i aint gonna just go mine runeite not everyone can mine runeite, steel sounds a fair level

Well I'm so sick of it i'm gonna do it. no not get hacked, I'm going to put everything in my bank (yes EVERYTHING) and free teleport to lumby. lets see how long it takes me to earn say ...... 50k only rule i have in this is i will take no free handouts. i have to find or earn everything i get. I can only use the bank to note items. who thinks i can do it in less than a week? ok 50k is ridiculous - Target changed to full rune, rune pick, rune scimmy and 50k so far..... Started in lumby and walked to stone circle south of falafor. 5 mins in and i have kicked a top and wiz hat out of them, not getting any decent runes here so time to move on. Walk to falador, quick visit to the guild gets me a bronze pick. 30 mins later i have bought my adamantium pick with 3k left over after selling a load of steel bars. sell a load more steel bars and now have 18.6k not to shabby but really need a rune pick notice someone selling rune pick for 25k, damn i'm short i'll try offering the bars and ores i have with the 18k (no joy) mine some more ores come back, person is still sellin. Price is now 22k, after some frantic selling of ores i now have a rune pick (hey and 5K left)

Looking at the easter ring it will probably be something not quite what we would like. Personally I would like one of the following Frankenstien bolts - with emote. Chain Saw and Hokey Mask Trick Or treat bag *I like that suggestion Wings (dragon or bat) but would not be surprised if we get a amulet with "magical" properties

thank you, i can finally get this bleeding scepter. knew which monsters to kill but was struggling to get a drop and kept running out of health. but i have loads of arrows :twisted: and now some nice places to stand :mrgreen:

level 44- 50 in 30-45 mins. Nice shame about the burnt tuna. also picked up some raw lobbys and cooked them (yes burning some) and took them back with me (cheaper than buying them) Made a nice change from mining smithing and smeling, but i suppose i had better get back to it! now i just need to get my fishing up from 3 lol

gonna try this tonight starting at level 42 cooking (i think) i know i need 64 to stop burning tuna but i will work through that lol 1 hour only will post new level tomorrow

You pay once for a console game and you have it forever tho. I've been on for a long time now, and the cost would soon add up. I bet there are people out there who have paid more than a console game! They are completely diffrent so you cant compare them. As for the cost. I have bills to pay so all my hours at work pay those with very little left over, and i have to pay for something called a life. Some people don't have jobs remember. Not everyone is in the same situation as you.
