EMA + working at Asda. EMA's all good, only missed one day so i hope i still get that bonus and my work is all good, nothing wrong with it. Though im still in college and will go on to uni, probably end up with a job in media. No real motivation or aspirations yet.

It's a trap... It was bait for someone to take when they tried to properties > win it.
  4. I'm a pretty apathetic person. I've only lived for 17 and 1/2 years but I can't even distinguish when I was most happiest to when I was most sad. There was a low time in my life but then again, I wasn't feeling exactly sad. Most boring... At my father's house in India. A house with ant infestation, constant entry of random people and dogs and a goat that roamed the street. We had to humour ourselves with pseudo-gambling. Pseudo because winning 10 rupees meant that I had probably 2 extra pennies in my pocket :\
  5. You know like you have crazy catladies living on your street? We had a catman  You could smell the rancid stench of cat's piss a few houses away bleurgh. He had LOADS of cats and one of my friend's cat left their house to go live with him haha. He had about 20 cat bowls by his front door step and his yard was filled with random junk like a scrapyard. I heard a bit of ol' gossip that he was documented on the discovery channel once and that he had dead kittens in his garage. He was a nice bloke though, three of us used to go to his house everyday, at the age of 13, unattended by adults...

yeah, i thought there were only a few selective people who would know about them, so it would be unfair. though it would be easy for others who know which anime/game it originated from, they could google their way to victory.
  9. There's only one festival I take (semi) seriously and that's Diwali cuz it's incorporated into my (parent's) religion. Quite like going to shows for bonfire night as well. Though Christmas is nice when we go to a relatives to eat their lame intrepretation of a turkey. New Year's Eve and Halloween is great when there's a party or something. Valentine's day is kinda' mandatory when you're dating someone xD That's about all I 'celebrate.' Is celebrating taking in the religious aspect of it or just participating in the event?
  10. [Famous Person] Juicer. 6 tries later I learn that bananas will not work in it :( I still taste bits in it :S

A relatively easy one: I was going to do a doujin soft but it would have been unfair :P

  15. A friend (internets person) suggested that I watch either Koihime Musou or Excel Saga. I think I'm going to choose the former... I recommeded DBZ to an autistic guy at my school, I wasn't sure what else to show him D: I couldn't think of anything that didnt have fanservice :x

Parent's evening... Media: 'Working above potential' English: 'A big leap from GCSE to AS levels' General studies: 'LOL THIS CLASS DUZ NUTHIN' Art: 'Motivated but lazy' Time to get those C's/D's to B's... Now playing Touhou.
  17. 8, I actually thought we were on 67 then when I skimmed through it ¬_¬
  18. I hate brussel spouts, lean beans and cauliflower. I don't care if they're good for you, they taste like bleurgh. Every other vegetable, I can take. I can't think of anything that I hate :\

^ You mean that orb thing in Lord of the Rings :uhh:
  20. The original image: The first try: The second try (using same methods but somehow turned out different): Method on photoshop: 1) Straightened out the picture, i.e made the horizon straight. This was done with Ctrl + T (transform). Then cut out some edges to make the image rectangular. 2) Put up the brightness and contrast via the adjustment layer. I did this because I once read somewhere on the internet that you should... Only noticeable change was that there was less grey in the sky. 3) Did the levels, brought the two outer arrows more to the inside and the one in the middle ventured more to the right. Looked a bit saturated... And blue. 4) Used curves next. I put the channel on blue and bent the bottom half down towards the right to make it more natural. I think the top half went more to the left, past the diagonal line so the sky may look a little washed out. 5) Next was the deep yellow photo filter as 25%. It took away some of the cyan-ness of the sky and gave it a purple/blue (leaning more towards the blue) tone. Then I left it at that and ended up with that image. This was my second try with the same picture using the same method trying to get the same results. It was a trial and error thing, as most image editing usually is. So, based on my methods, not the image outcome, can you tell where Im doing okay and where Im doing unnecessary things? Also, when I took that picture, it was getting cold and I could barely move my finger to turn the dials so I didnt have another chance at it. This was a sort of experiment. I need a lot of help on this particular subject! We're doing a final piece and it gets to be shown in an art gallery :D My idea is three panoramas of Huddersfield taken at morning, midday (perhaps closer to sunset) and at night. Theyre going to be the size of A3 landscape, thats like 45cm across I think. Ive done a night panorama: (Nooo, it's small :\) I was thinking about using this as the night one for the final piece. You think its okay? I didnt have time to take rule of thirds/composition into context :( My hands were so numb that when I got home that night, they started stinging like a bizznitch. Woah, just looking back at those, they look really pixelated :? but it isn't on my laptop. Mayhaps I shall upload them again at a later date.
