I actually planned on keeping any barrows items that I got that were worth keeping, I'm fishing monks to cook and get 70 cooking at the moment(I need 400 so I suppose I should fish 500). By the time that I'm done with the fishing I should have a decent amount of money earned to buy that whip without bankrupting myself, and then I suppose I'll train defense(maybe at pest control). I'll have to calculate how much I'll need to pay to get 50 construction though...

Hmmm, why don't you wait to kill ahrim last? I've heard that he lowers your stats. Also, do you buy 3 or 4 dose prayer potions? I don't see how anyone could make money selling 4 dose prayer pots... That is unless you bought ranaars for 6k and sold the pots at 8k while collecting your own snape grass...

You really don't need any prayer bonus because the altar is right up stairs... I suppose that it could increase the time between recharges a bit though.

If not with melee, how should I kill karil? I already have a netznot, rune plate, rune legs, glory, bonesack lol, slayer staff, incomplete guthix book, steel boots lol, mith gloves(about to get 70 cooking), ring of life, runes for 200 casts, a few prayer potions and ranaars, a few defense pots, 50 or so monks, red dhide, a dragon scimmy, a magic shortbow(what arrows should i use?). I suppose that I should start training defence...I was holding off on that until I bought a whip, but maybe I could sell my kingdom's stuff and buy the whip... I think that the God Wars Dungeon caused a drop in the price of those and rune boots. I already have about 500 chaoses from mazes and a few thousand fires from slayer monsters(harpies and desert lizards drop a lot) to train magic a bit. What bonuses does the god cape give? I just got this bonesack and it has +4 defense for everything(which is a step up from my spotted cape lol).

You can also kill snakes on Mos'le harmless. However, there is a list of 6(I think) quests to access the Island. I had to do this to make chaps and finish a treasure trail. I ended up finishing the Medium diary after getting the 100% while I was doing this.

I noticed that you have 55 slayer and 50 construction, do you use the Kahryll teleport/altar in your home and slayer dart against the brothers? Also, how do you get home tele tabs? It looks as though you need 67 construction to make your own(or maybe I misunderstood tip.it's table), and there is no way that I'll have the cash to pay for that...yet.

Also, if you use the forums, try not to buy and sell on the forums. Disgruntled sellers will spam up your topics...

You could sell coal from the guild, get your runecrafting up to 44 and sell nats, or take a stab at cannon merchanting.

How many prayer pots would I need per trip? I've been making my own with ranaars that I already had, but I don't think that that will last much longer...

I suggest fly fishing in shilo and cooking the fish. That's what I've done from about 59 fishimg and 56 or so cooking.

Ever since I became a member 3 months ago, I've been wanting to go on a few Barrows runs, but all ofd the guides that I've seen advise against it for me. Also, I am extremely cheap/relatively poor, so I didn't think that I could even make an attempt. I think that I have 70 attack, 74 strength, 64 defense, 69 magic, and 61 ranged(and 55 slayer) at the time. What would be suggested levels to train to? I've seen 70 being tossed around. What would be some good ways to train my magic, defense, and ranged? I absolutely refuse to high alch ever again(I did that from 62-66), and I'm not completely sure where those last 3 levels came from :-k I do have chaos gauntlets. I personally prefer to train ranged with kebbit bolts and the hunter crossbow because they hit so much harder and at about the same speed as the MSB with steel arrows. I have about 1.7 million gp at the moment (+800k in the coffers), so I could buy a whip, but I wouldn't have much left over after I did... I had quite a bit more a little while ago which is why I trained attack to 70, but I'd rather not talk about that... Should I save up some more money and buy a whip before I start training defense? For the past 10(I think) I've been trainingattack and strength to reach my goal of 55 slayer, which I did, so what should I train on now? I hate it when I start typing and end up with a huge block of text, but any help would be greatly apreciated.

Harpie bugs drop a lot of half keys and clue scrolls(level 2 I think).

Some Jagex letter was quoted that said Rings of Wealth increase the chance of getting ALL drops that are not 100%, excluding half keys and clue scrolls. So for a cyclopse that would be everything other than big bones including defenders. Just so that you know, I spent 2100 tokens after getting iron, then I bought a ring of wealth, the second cyclopse that I killed dropped steel. I then spent 1400 tokens and gave up. I came back a few weeks later and got all of the remaining defenders in less than 100 tokens. So for me, the ring seemed to help, sort of...

You could always make vials with superglass make and then humidify and sell to the lazy herblorists.

At 50 I suggest you use a hunter xbow with kebbit bolts. The hunter bow is so underrated...

Ok... Well I suggest that you get your magic up(use the style with def exp) and then level yur defense with melee.

I don't really consider 5 mil as poor seeing as I'm probably worth only about 4 mil, (1.4m cash + 2.5m coal+herbs in kingdom). I suggest buying bowstrings+yews and making yew longs.

How would training strength increase your defense?
