Nevermind, I came back with 500 brutals, and only used 90 of them. I switched on my prayer too late and still got diseased, so my prayer drained really quick and I had to use two lobs to stay over half-health. Also, I haven't done the Dwarf Cannon quest. Would a cannon work on Treus Dayth? because I friggen hate him...

What ranged level do you need to kill slash bash with brutal arrows before he leaves? I was getting a lot of 0's and after a long time a finally got saved by my ring of life, then the message that shows up after he's been fighting too long popped up. I'm a level 33(19 from the disease) ranged, and I was barely doing any damage. I also ran out of brutal arrows, I only started with 50, though. How many will I need?

How did you kill the Haunted Mine guy? EDIT: This edit is to see how long it took to get 50,000 exp from cutting/burning willows and to see if the Tip.It time syncs up with mine.

What is the transportation arrow on the Jagex world map of Burgh De Rott's port for? The charter ships can't sail there. Also, is there any quick way(not through canifis basement) to get to Burgh De Rott? How much do amulets of glory cost on average? and do I really need the Salve Amulet for the Shilo Village quest? Treus Dayth beat the crap out of me... EDIT: Also, what's a good way to get 50,000 firemaking experience so I can light bullsye lanterns to do Tears of Guthix? I'm at 41 right now, and I would need to burn over 800 oak trees... Or 560 willow trees. I'm at 47 woodcutting, by the way.

I just played Castle Wars for the first time, and I noticed something. No one cares about any of the tunnels...catapults...gates..etc. Everybody just charged at the flag. Is that how it always is? Also, is there an "official" castle wars world? EDIT: One more thing, is the Saradomin team always full?

What are some good quests to do for ranging experience? I didn't see a need to range in F2P but now that I've moved up, it seems more important. Also, what would be a suggested ranged level to kill the tree spirit in the Lost City quest? I have 35 fletching to make a willow bow and 51 crafting, but my ranged is only 26. My max hit with an oak bow and iron arrows on cows was 3 up to level 22, and Death to the Dorgushun pushed my level up to 26...I think. I am planning on using a willow bow with steel arrows, would that be enough to kill the Tree Spirit?

I had to kill 18 vampires for the slayer master near the werewolves and the 16th dropped it.

I personaly have a distaste from buying craftable items from other players, but could I get the boots in Fally World 2? I did the 2 gnome quests so I think I can buy the hat.

I just became a member two days ago, and I got a clue scroll that says I need to wear a green gnome hat(which isn't in the Tip.It database), and snakeskin boots, while beckoning at the digsite. However, there are about seven quests that it looks like I need to do to gain access to Mos Le Harmless for snake hides. Is there any other way for me to get the boots? and what exactly is a "Green Gnome Hat?" I was recently told that you can only have one clue scroll at a time, and I've killed literally hundreds of monsters in the last two days. The clue scroll I'm talking about is the second one that I had gotten, and I found it abouttwo hours after digging up the first.

Thank, I actually got on to World 2(after 12 minutes...) for the first time, and I just happened to be in Falador. I couldn't even pretend to think about reading the rainbow of text.

Can you get clue scrolls while you have uncompleted ones?

Did you guys/girls cut your own logs when you started to train fletching? Cutting large numbers of normal logs is the most irritating/tedious thing that I've ever done in this game. Is there anyway to collect normal logs like all of the other trees? I mean without them falling after only one log. Also, how did you get a rune hatchet(if you have one)? I can't think of an axe store other than Bob's, and I haven't seen anyone selling them. I'm still using the mith axe that I smithed...

Is experience gained from melee combat based solely on damage done?

I am currently doing the creature of fenkenstrain quest, and I talked to the doctor. I also talked to the headless gardener and he followed me(got stuck in trees). He stopped at a wooden cross. I am digging(right click) the grave but it keeps saying the grave is empty. I had dug a few graves before starting the quest because I just became a member and click anything that I pass. Could that have caused this? Also, is there some slayer trick to killing vampires? The guy with the tail told me to kill 10, I think, but I've just been killing them normally and my slayer leveled up. I think they are trying to het revenge by swarming the gardener's grave.

I got dropped off in lumbridge at lvl 62, so alas, I was never a noob. but seriously, I never begged. I don't understand why people beg, it just takes the fun out of the game. I refused to trade with anyone and only used my own smithed armour until I realized that that was a [developmentally delayed]ed idea nd that I was rich from selling smithed junk... Some guy gave me steel legs before I could wear them... and I got killed by the karamja scorpions. Since then I have killed every scorpion that crosses my path.

Leave it to the reds to not agree with me... I am a non-member, and would very much like to see an increase to my banspace. I have to destroy all of the holiday items now andgo to Diango for parties. However, I really don't believe that we should be debating about this. It would be nice, but we are not contributing to the cash that Jagex will need to pay their programmers for the few extra hours or minutes(which may add up to an hour) which they have to work in order to increase our bankpace. That is, unless Jagex gives their programmers fixed salaries which I highly doubt but is definately possible. Also, why do so many of you paying members object to this? An increase in free bankspace will have no effect whatsoever on you. If I was a member, I wouldn't care, but suit yourself.

I always turn off all speaking and zoom the camera out whenever I do anything that takes more than 30 minutes. I can actually estimate when I will get random events, but I keep getting frikken frogs...

This is a Compaq Presario... Anyways, there is no system restore download on their site. Do you think reinstalling Service Pack 2 would work? Is that even possible? EDIT: It can be removed in the control panel, but I'm not sure that I should do that. Maybe it will have a repair option... EDIT:: It doesn't, and I don't even remember downloading it. Would I be able to?

I'm sure that my dad will have the cd. Maybe I could download it... I am actually quite happy with the Windows Firewall. It is a HUGE step up from AOL's, and I haven't had any problems that weren't my fault. I do have a floppy drive, by the way. However, I am going to try the installing option first. EDIT: My dad said that he doesn't think that you get the CD when it comes with the computer, but he might be wrong. Can anyone confirm this?

Something on my computer is preventing the system restore tool and the safe mode start up... thing from running. I suppose that I could go without Safe Mode, for a while at least, but I use system restore A LOT. almost daily. I am very paranoid about my computer(technically my dad's) getting infected, and I restore anytime even the slightest change occurs. Also, my browser freezes for a second before it loads Google, my homepage. I doubt that my homepage will still work if I am not constantly running Spybot's tea timer. I get a similar temporary freeze after every few opened links. Before I started running the Tea Timer, on those occasions, I would get an "HTML not found" page and not be able to directly back out of it. I hope that someone here has an answer.
