bowstrings are one of the best ways, what i did was go to shilo village and mine the gems there and would cut them right there, its ok mining xp and the crafting xp is ok as well. If you want you could just make all of the gems into bolt tips now and you would never have to bank. But what i did was just saved the diamonds, rubys and emeralds to make rings.necklaces out of.

you dont need to finish DT i dont think, just get the ring. sort of cheap but people do it.

The dark gloves are the best, they give awsome stats to all attack and def, best gloves for magic, ranged and melee as far as i know. you have to have completed the entire quest to get the dark "barrows" gloves. its a long haul but very worth it.

DT is by far the hardest, if it werent for Recipies requirements than DT would be the number one hardest and most difficult. But RfD is the longest and hardest to obtain.

you need legends to obtain the other half.

They are RARE drops.

If your willing to put in the time, its effective to buy barrows pieces and then sell an entire set for more money.

use super restore. I use them and it was much easier.

You must have 53 to even start the quest, you need 53 theiving to pick the chest with the lockpicks, without that you will get no where in the quest.

I can wear them so no requirements, they arnt that bad as i remeber, just take a break in between each one.

i burn at the varrok east bank, go easy on the road a little and there is two paths so you can alternate north part of road and south part of road, both are straight and you end up just past the bank.

Its not about hurting anyone, its about all the threads dealing with autoers and a possible solution to it (BTW this is not supposed to be in suggestions it's a discussion not a suggestion). In reality i dont care if they completely divide p2p and f2p, it makes sence if you think about it, the two different types of players have just been spoiled in being able to trade with one another, driving prices down because of the massive amount of yews on the market. But i agree with the idea that yews wouldnt go much over 280-300 each, because of the fact that there is fletching and high alching, this keeps the price people are willing to pay down. and the price people are willing to pay is really what drives supply and demand.

Its not like they wouldnt be able to get levels (which is the point of the game isnt it?) they just woudnt be able to sell them to p2p for fletching, they would either sell to firemakers or use them themselves. Its not perfect, but there are lots of posts in here about the macroers, something will be done im guessing.

Let me know if this is dumb, but with the advent of the new pure essence and normal essence, couldnt jagex just make yews cut in F2P "fire yews" and yews in p2p regural yews that can be used for both firemaking and fletching. This would help to solve the same issue that they made the pure essence for. F2p would still have the use for the yews they cut and p2p still has theirs. Ofcourse this is yet another division between the economies of the f2p and the p2p worlds, a complaint from the essence change. But in the end it may deture some macroing because of the drop in demand for F2P yews.

LOL, i loved the ending with the blue p hat, because anyone who can do the quest knows what a blue p hat is. I like how the other guy was like "Its just a hat" and your charcter gets all upset.
