I had no idea that a Masters in pre-law even existed... I just recently applied to Cornell, Princeton, UPenn, Rice and University of Texas at Austin, so hopefully I can get into one of those. My parents really want me to stay in state and attend UT Austin... but my number 1 choice is University of Pennsylvania :) With hope... and fingers crossed... and prayer, maybe I may receive admission. :pray:

My favorite sport, above all, is basketball. I do watch pretty much every other sport that gets broadcasted in the Southern part of the United States, but Basketball is the best I think. I'd have to say my favorite player would be Gilbert Arenas (Agent Zero). That guy is absolutely crazy if you watch him play. On any given night, he can go for 30 or more points on any other team. Also, one of the reason of why I admire him so much is because he came from literally nothing to superstardom. He wasn't all that good a few years ago, but he trained like a dog, day and night. I've read that, in the offseason, he would train 10-20 hours a day. So crazy. But then again, it explains why he owns everyone now. :D

There's probably some calculus equation you could use in conjunction with the hiscores to figure out the answer to this. You can ALWAYS find statistical answers through calculus! Woo. \

It just seems weird to me because EVERYWHERE else I go, I get a million randoms. This is probably the longest I've been without a random.

I've been sitting here alching for about an hour and a half, and I haven't gotten one random. It seems quite odd, since I get randoms constantly while I do everything else. Does anyone know the rate of randoms in a bank compared to everything else, or if they even happen at all? It just seems a little weird to me. (Also, the fact that it's robbing me from getting full mime :D)

So how exactly do you join the Heart Unit? I'm lvl 104 and interested and being a part of it. I'm at the boards, but that's as far as I've gotten. Sorry for aiding in making this topic a focus on Heart Unit, but it sounds very interesting... lol.

I remember having a dream about rs a long time ago. Sort of. It was more like a nightmare. It was when I first got a rune 2hander, back when they were super rare. My brother and I had combined our resources to pile together an offer of about 1.2 million (A LOT of rs gp at the time) for a rune 2hander Sue Me was selling. When the trade went through, it was pretty awesome, yep. For the next 3 days or so, I couldn't sleep because I literally kept having dreams about watching my computer while getting slaughtered in the wildy, not defending myself and losing my r2h. After the first few days, I decided that it wasn't such a good investment after all :?

I think fatigue was a pretty cruddy update as well. I still have my rsc account, mezzer. It's not like it's very awesome on the game anymore anyway. The entire economy is centered around herblore and dueling.

I have a question about this skill which is unrelated to what you all are talking about... But, does this mean that anyone can enter a high level player's home, like Zezima or N0valyfe if they don't have it locked? It'd be kind of weird to find random people just entering your home.

I'd have to say herblore is the most overlooked. You can easily make millions... and millions... and millions, in a very short amount of time with that skill. People say it's expensive, but I'm not all that rich, and I have 84 herblore (yay, got it today). In fact, I'm able to actually break even most of the time and even sometimes, expand on my capital that I just recycle and reinvest into the skill. Not to mention that making potions is kind of cool to me. But yeah. It's a good skill. I wonder why most people don't do it more.

About 6 months after I turned 16, I went and got a job at Red Lobster as a host. For those of you who don't know what Red Lobster is, its a pretty large seafood chain (kind of common sense). Yeah, I got paid 6 dollars an hour, which wasn't too bad I guess. And I got 50 percent off all my meals, and the bartender was really nice, she would always make me Sunset Passions and Strawberry Pina Coladas :) Nonalcoholic of course... :P Yet, it was a great job. The only flaw was that every other person that worked there was well... Not straight. As in, guys 'digging' other guys. Yeah. Anyway, I ended up quitting about one and a half months ago, because I ended up training a bunch of other hosts (I was sort of the leader of the hosts who basically made all the decisions with the managers for them), who eventually forced me to do more menial tasks like clean tables and run 'errands'. I could've claimed seniority over them (which I did at times), but they were simply more energetic than I was. Yeah, sad sad story. Well, conclusion: I left. Yep. More time to concentrate on school now, so far I'm ranked number 3 out of 601 students in my class, hopefully I'll go to a good college. Oooh yeah, forgot to mention, today is my birthday too! Hehe, 17. Rated R movies hee hee. Yeah, this post turned into one long one about me telling all the good and bad recently in my life. I think i'll stop now :P

yeah, Danny1880 was a catching god. lol, no joke. Everyone says he invented it, but you can't exactly pin something like that on something so simple to do. *click click click, catch.* Paki4ever... Died with rune b axes so many times, it wasn't even funny. I never figured out how he got so many, but he was a cruddy pker in the beginning or something, and lost a lot of them. That's why so many plate pures had them. Oh, Jakiss. I know some people probably remember him and he didn't really do much to influence or 'revolutionize' rs ever, but he was a straight a-hole in my book. Just felt like adding him under that premise. :-P

Yeah... you named a lot of people that were extremely famous in earlier Rs... You missed a few though, like Alchemon, Red1010, Sandytrain, Nnannji (sp?), Lord Vid, Iampenguin (banned), Darkkiller0 (sp?)... Bluerose charged 1k nature runes (which were freakishly hard to get back then) for smithing addy I think. Addy or rune. It was nothing less than absurd. Krest got his smithing lvl dropped from 99 to 89 for supposedly sharing or something. Gormis, I think the second or third 99 smither was banned... GregEchidna3 was 3rd to 99 hp, Eva 02 was 4th (I believe, don't remember who was 5th). Ffx was 8th though. I think. lol. GregEchidna was probably the best pker in that whole time, other than I Wicked I and Zar Family 2. The 3 best pkers of 2002-2003 who dominated the wildy were probably Zar Family 2, Max333 and GregEchidna3. Can't forget Leza... No one probably remembers her, but she was like the Bluerose of rs in the early, early days. She held Rs Trivia I think. Vee was the creator of the original [Caution: Hack-Scam Site] (which everyone used and got banned for). Skone751 was the best merchant in the early rs. He had thousands of death runes when it was hard for a good player to come by one or two of them. Wapiti and Tks were top fishers. Goneril was like Ashley and Bluerose13x. Best mid lvl pkers back in the day were The Jabroni2, Makaveli77, Blick, Every1messes (not just saying that because he was my cousin, but he killed everyone), Twistedkillz (Tks' real life son), Da Bomb02, P O K E Y (before he trained to 99 hp), Aurora1... Basically, the way to become famous in rs is simple... There are three routes. There is the #1 overall skill total route (Ex: Zezima, Bonebreaker6, Tks, L6vi, Jybot, etc.) There is the 'Dominate a skill' route. (recent Ex: Sharif50, Herbaman, etc.) There is the 'talk trash and be noticed' route. This is mostly for pkers. This is exactly how Zar, Adx1, Max333, Tripple HHH and countless obtained their glory. Just to let you know, the most famous people were certainly not always the best. Especially in pking. All the big guys like Lance, Wicked, Zar, Levi, Adx, Max and HHH talked trash, but there were people like The Lunar and Jalkapallo1 who didn't actively talk trash that got more kills. Some people in the wildy who are mid lvl like (80-90) with terrible stats pked better than people like Bs Arkan. Hard to believe, but true. Anyway... The 5 most famous people in rs history have to be... Bluerose13x (2001-2004) Zezima (2003-2005) Alchemon (2001-2002) Robin Hood (2001-2004) Runesmithie (2005-FOREVER) --- hehe. :P
