Now that you only have to have the chimes in your inventory, warped tortoises are one of the best tasks you can get. They suffer from Kaphite Syndrome; they have aggravatingly slow spawn times. When I did that task first time ever yesterday, I managed to keep a steady pace of dropping one when the other was just spawning. So I managed to fight all the time. Only problem was that my inv got full of tort shells quite fast and I had to bank several times. But in the end, 500k+ profit wasn't that bad at all.

As seen from the history, construction managed to be a quite successful money drain. So one solution could be a release of some epic construction reward for 90+ construction that would force thousands of players to go for these levels hence bringing millions out of the economy. But ofcourse there are other way better solutions.

81 mining and runecrafting. I try to keep runecrafting my lowest to get xp from Tears of Guthix, but after doing pengs, it always gets ahead so I have to do some mining again lol.

Some of the things you can control by yourself to some extent are: Run speed: steady and relaxed in the beginning and aggressive and accelerating in the last 4 steps. Your body angle should be as much away from the bar as possible in the apex. The take-off direction should be towards the end of the bar not directly at it. This will keep you flying up for a longer time. And ofcourse practice practice practice.
