When I wanted to become a staker on my really bad main. I asked for advice on graveyard help and advice forum and was told to get 70 attack 50 strength 70 defence I spent all of May and June training those stats on F2P at Deadly REd Spiders, and merchanted my butt off to get enough for veracs. I then go play some pc and people start complimenting me saying "WOW a lvl 70 with Veracs!." And then some A-holes saying "wow what a waste of veracs...your max hit is 17 HAHA..." First time I felt better than everyone else, which is my personal definition of a "noob"

Once your 85 mining you could just mine rune ore, Sell it for 12k and use the 12k gp to buy 141 iron ores per rune ore you mine.

As the guy said Disk and Pumpkins are definetly under 20 mi. However I would just merchant for 1-2 days to get the extra 3-6 mil and then just go ahead and buy a santa. I see much more potential rise in them since you can wear them unlike the Disk and Pumpkin.

It's fune dude. Just don't think "OMG I got 1 now I might as well get this many" Don't think like that. Just leave it as is. It gained you .5 combat levels so deal with that anyone the same level as you will have one more strength level than you. Which usualy doesn't determine max hit unless its the str lvl where you hit one higher. I got it as well, and im still pwning in duel arena. I guess it's my lucky def lvl that makes everyone else hit all the 0's \

The only way your main will be a pker is going to do high level pking, which albeit is rewarding, but also will costs you tons if you die. Like full rune as stated by the guy above, dlong/whip. What I would suggest is starting a range and magic pure. The range is very cheap to raise in that you can fight low level monsters like minotaurs from level 1-40 and they drop tons of iron arrows. I got 17k iron arrows just from killing them from 1-40, and there is a fence there as a safespot so you don't get hit. Range pking is simple, hit them from far away, keep hitting and eating when neccesary and when they're about 1/4 down spec them, ect. until it's over. The great thing about a range pker is you can use the same character in the duel arena which I find better than wildy for two reasons. First, you don't lose all your stuff when you die, just whatever you've staked. Having the option to stake however much you want makes it good whether your low on cash or not. If you have 10k you can bet that and work your way up. If you have 1 mil you can spend it all in one swoop and in effect double your money. The hardest part about duel arena though is knowing when to quit. Knowing how to quit ahead, and knowing when to quit when your down. People will cuss you out and do anything to get you hotheated so you stake again, which will usualy lead to you staking unbeliavable amounts of money, mistakes in fighting, or not paying attention when they switch one of the rules. Check out my blog to see an example of a range pure that makes about 100k a day from Range Staking at the duel arena for about 30 minutes to an hour.

I mined tin and copper ore, smelted it into a bar, made bronze swords out of them and sold them to the general store. Didn't know I got same xp per bar used so I just made stuff that used 1 bar =).

Updated bank pic, character pic, stat pics, and added a new section full of me staking. Please post guys. Having to bump this by myself evertime is getting tiresome and makes me feel like no one cares about my blog.

I currently haven't started training on blue dragons so I can't give you a list yet. I am thinking of however starting in about week and will edit this post once I have the list. Always great seeing people tackle questions like this, but sad seeing them then being stopped because of lack of support. Anyways hope to have the drop list up soon, and check out my blog O:)

Updated Blog, oh and thanks for the support. I can fulfill the fletching leveling, but I decided I won't be cutting my own yews, so woodcutting might stay the same for a while. I can compromise that with the magic levels from alching though.

ALthough overall runescape is probably dececrating my education I did however learn that tin and copper make bronze. The basis on how Market Price is based on supply vs demand instead of hearing the same phrase from a teacher and it having no meaning. Tolerance of other people. How to set goals and achieve them (no I don't mean no lyfing). I'm being nitpicky about the good stuff, there's a ton of bad stuff but I thought I would try an optomistic approach to this article.

I read your guide that you posted in Graveyard Discussion and Help forum a few months back. Well I started my own pure got 70 range, 65 magic, 40 attack, 36 strength (65 soon), and then it happened. I accidentaly got a defence level! :cry: After months of making sure not to get any def level I finaly got one just because the default attack style for a hallberd is "shared xp" and I lagged a bit while at fire giants (yes I train at firegiants with 36 str sue me) and I never realized that the lag actualy reset my login. Needless to say I immediately sold my Halberd. God I hate that thing now. It seemed brillian as I could just attack one fire giant for like 5 minutes in a safe spot while talking to someone on MSN -.-

Keep it up man and I'm sure you will reach your goals in no time. Good job on Monkey Madness at that lvl, that quest is a pain. YOU RULE I'll meet you on later this afternoon, but not tonight since I got homecoming.

Don't start getting defence until you get at least 85 range! Then defence and prayer start to balance out from the combat levels gained. Anything before that is a waste as your really only putting what I like to call "half effort" into a skill. Most skills are either all or nothing, if you have it too low you will not get its effect at all if you have it high it works but high combat. Combat levels gained by prayer produce more range damage using range prayers than using the same # of combat lvls to raise your range. This formula only becomes valid if your range is 85 or <.

Sorry guys I got too tired again to make a blog day. I'll make one tonight, since yesterday I got lvl 62 fletching and 67 woodcutting, WOnt have much time to actualy play rs though because of a ton of homework.

The problem is I doubt I'll be on the same times as you. I have Cross Country Monday-Friday 4-6. And Soccer Everyday of the week except Tuesdays and Fridays, but I guess we'll work it out in the end.

Sorry man, we had some ok pk fights, but I kept on dying to mages. It would be a solo fight until i got them down to 1/4 hp and then 3 mages would pop in and hit me all at once. Me being the idiot I am, I hesiated to Tele cause I almost had the kill =/. Anyways I guess I still have a lot to learn about pking, but it should get a lot better at higher levels as people can't just make throw-away accounts anymore to team.
