  2. logout before the dwarven stout runs out and when you log back in it effectively 'resets' the timer. Thats what i do while mining rune ore and i only need one stout for a whole load of ore.
  3. yeah i like the selective pk idea, i think it would be better if you were given that choice as you entered the wilderness, this would prevent people from selecting it when, say for instance, they are at greaters and see a team coming.

  5. without even thinking hard i could come up with a list that is MUCH better than that. 1.) Better trading system 2.) Intergrated clan support 3.) Better chat system 4.) Fix the economy 5.) Team capes on f2p 6.) thats all i can think of ^_^
  6. 1.) How are players bones any more special than, say for instance, a guards bones or another humanoid-monsters bones. 2.) Having Bones with names associated with them is inpracticle and virtually unimplementable (the amount of bones you own would have to be finite, much like a player list) 3.) My idea would be incredibly easy to program, just add a new item
  7. how about when you kill someone instead of getting bones you get 'Human Bones' they are no different to regular bones except they are untradeable, so they piled up in your bank. This way it could be like some sort of status symbol for pkers. Like the way a warrior might mark himself for every man he has killed.
  8. yes i dont know if you understand what im trying to say. Everyone knows that iron ore has exactly 50% chance of turing into a bar. But is the probability of catching different fish dependent on your fishing lvl
  9. Ive been powerfishing salmon and trout, and I thought, I wonder if the ratio of salmon to trout is set or if it varies according to your level. So what I have done is, i fished around 600 salmon + trout and the ratio of salmon to trout is 0.6567 and guess what, my fishing level is 65!! Is this a coincidence or not??? If anyone else has fishes large amounts of salmon and trout could they check the ratio???
  10. my bank is always full and i have no junk. all runes, full rune, rune scims, rune 2hs, rune battles, ores, bars, crafting gear (cowhides, hard leather, leather bodies), cut gems, all amulets, ranging gear (mith arrows, addy arrows, dragonhide armor) it gets full 8)
  11. this is a great idea, i would object to having to type a password in every time i wanted to access my bank.. this would really take the joy out of crafting/cooking/fletching/firemaking/smithing/mining basically anything that requires items :shock: A 'seperate' bank which is downstairs in each bank and requires maybe a combination code or something (more realistic for the middle ages) wher you can store your valueables such as money, runes, armor etc etc
  12. im thinking something simpler.. rather than fires dealing damage how about... whilst standing on a fire you cant do anything, cant talk, cant use items etc etc all you can do is walk off the fire. and maybe if your in the fire for more than 5 seconds you automatically walk off it?? also you could not make a fire where someone else is already standing.. this would prevent people from being cabbage heads and annoying people by lighting fires.

  18. selling the tradeablility of rares is a good idea... the only people who would do that are the people who ARENT merchants and just want their hat/mask etc. Just making rares untradeable would DESTROY merchanting, in conclusion, nothing can be done to stop the rising price of rares.
  19. the reason why the current system works is because EVERYONE who enters the wild is taking a risk, pker or not. People who are doing clues or whatever are taking risks as are the PKers.

  24. ok i havent read most of the previous posts cuz i cant be bothered but i want to point out one major thing. The difference between the scims and the longs primary attack. Scim is +45 Long is +47 the defense of armor is directly proportional to the attack of a weapon, so the difference between a scim and a long is like the different between your opponent wearing and not wearing boots... it doesnt make a difference.
