Hello everyone! After using the Assist system I have come to the conclusion that it is incomplete and lacking in many areas. I have identified 4 problems with it and proposed solutions to each problem. I have a thread on RSOF: Quick find code: 24-25-117-53530166 Please support. Problem #1 The person who is *receiving* assistance should be able to cancel the assistance at any time, at the moment the only way for the person *giving* assistance to know if the other person has finished is if they tell them directly, or move 20 squares away from them. Solution: When the *receiver* has finished receiving assistance all he or she needs to do it click on the icon on the bottom right of the two hands shaking, and the assistance will be ended. Problem #2 Down on the chat filter if you click 'Assist' it opens up the assist-related chat, but you cannot use this to communicate with the person you are using assist with, this make assist almost impossible to use in very busy places since communication is almost impossible. Solution: When you click on the 'Assist' chat filter, you can communicate directly with the person you are interacting with, much like in a trade. Problem #3 If you do not know which skill the person needs access to (maybe they are muted, speak another language or other various reasons), you need to select every skill. Solution: There should be a button that says something along the lines of 'Select All' which selects every skill and gives the receiver access to all your skills. Problem #4 If you are assisting someone but they have a higher level than you, you will not receive any experience. You will not be warned that this is happening and may be unaware that this is the case. Solution: When selecting a skill to assist someone with, after clicking on the skill a little warning should appear in the chat window saying, 'This person does not need assistance in *skill]' Thank you for reading and please support.
