Wow, that is so cool, the hair looks like a brush on Panit Shop Pro but that may just be a coincidence (sp?) Maybe try a version without the beard, stubble or no facial hair at all, may make it look better. I agree with the other person, too heavy on the outline.. Also, his stomach, looks likes its been punched in, or his stomach is being sucked in, dunno if you know what i'm talking about, its the first up-side down U shape on the middle line going up the stomach :?

Good job for your second try, background is a bit boring, just a regular filter by looks of things, the quares and lines etc think the opacity should be changed a bit, lowered to around 50-70%, and btw you wanna remove it, its twice the size of the sig sizes here: 300*150 30KB, yours is 61KB
