That surprises me.. :? Within say 40km of me there are dozens of schools (very populated area), and a majority of them have to wear ties as part of their uniform. Both private and public schools. Most schools in my area seem to have taken to ties, though i agree with what some of you said, i hate ties, they're so constricting. I wonder how many people on these forums could actually tie a tie, i learnt to do it when i was about 9 for school :shock:

Yes there is, but clearly not in a situation like this. I have a friend who's very similar. He borrows money, and never ever pays it back.. He'll just not mention it and claim he completely forgot about it until you just mention it so much he finally pays you back. Not only that, he'll never have enough money so you have to cover him, he always leaves his wallet at home or in the car so you have to pay for him, and once again he rarely pays it back.. It's a shame when good friends become cheapskates as they get older. THe main problem is he has a job and works 4 days a week, sometimes 5, and i'm at uni most of the time, working 2 days a week mostly.. Yet me and a few other mates are constantly covering him. I would suggest you have to say something, you have to let him know or he'll just keep thinking he can get away with being a douche. It seriously damages friendships when people are like that, doesn't matter how well you know them, it's just a pathetic thing to do to a mate.

Yeah i found out about this today, such a disappointment :( Warne is 10 times the bowler Murali is, he throws the ball, and will never get the same respect that Warne does At least we got the Ashes back though :)

I have never broken a promise, and i never will. People these days are so untrustworthy. Words, feelings and trust is thrown around and abused like it means nothing. It just sickens me, so i never make a promise i can't keep but if i make one, i will not break it because that could hurt someone or break someone's trust, and i hate what it feels like when someone does that to you.

Online IQ tests are never accurate. As someone stated before, the only way to test IQ properly is to take a 6-8 hour test given out by specialists who perform these tests for a living, and even these aren't necessarily truly indicative of someone's IQ, as they may be strong in some areas which IQ tests don't substantially cover or measure. Around here we had to do them before we could obtain entrance to our school, and it cost my parents a ridiculous amount, somewhere around $600 each (Australian). It would be interesting to see what everyone on here actually scored if they took a proper IQ test. I think the mean, which seems to probably be around 150 at the moment :lol: would drop to around 110. But to everyone who claims their IQ is 160+, go join Mensa, because you're amongst the smartest people to ever live, including Einstein. Congratulations =D>
