Get Dharok chest and legs. They have the same stats as Torag's, but aren't as useless. Or you could go with Guthan chest and Verac legs. Save up for Guthan helm, or buy Torag helm.

Are there any combat training areas with: 1) An altar (within 10 seconds range) 2) Agressive monsters from 50-125, with hp no less than 60? Thanks! I'm aware of the altar on ape atoll. Unfortunately, the apes there are very high level and thus have high defense -- this is one thing I am trying to avoid.

Is it possible to craft blood and soul runes? If not, why are there rifts for them in the abyss?

These arguments and disagreements only bring me back to my original point. Someone's philosophy, or absolute Truths, come from their personal set of values and beliefs. Is it really valid to say that one person's beliefs are more "correct" than anothers? We are all equal, since we are all human. None of us has a true authority over others.

Air running gives 50K+ (I think, I've never done it full time on any of my accounts) an hour. Go to air temple, world 16. Bring an air talisman/tiara and 25 unnoted ess. Look for someone that says "Open 2k." Trade with them, and they'll give you 2k and 25 noted ess. Go back to the F-East bank, deposit, and withdraw the ess as unnoted. Rinse and repeat.

actually, they're popular with pk'ers since the high attack and strength values are excellent for delivering finishing blows also, i remember R2H's being worth around 50K in RSC...nowadays i can see them go for up to 60K Key word: basically. If they were useless, there would be no market at all. 50K? For some reason I remember them going less. Or my memory fails me. They're still roughly 50K; the reason they might be sold higher is because the supply is less.

I don't really understand it. Why would someone be stupid enough to walk into the wild with any more than 5M in items? Or do people use teleother, in which case I don't see why you have to be near the wilderness to do it. My logic may be quite flawed; I'm still F2P. Thanks :D

Also note that R2H's were popular in classic. In RS2, R2H's are basically useless, so demand for kites is much higher now.
