The summer between my (high school) freshman and sophomore year, I took Speech, which was a required sophomore class, so I got that overwith. Took U.S. history the summer after that, which is a required junior course, and I took Consumer Education online last summer, which is a required course for senior year (I'm a senior right now). Basically, I took all the required courses, which were all easy. Taking a summer class isn't even that bad, because I wouldn't have had anything better to do anyway. In fakeirormakeit's situation, though, he's taking a harder course, so I'm not sure how that will go. I'm taking BC Calc as a senior this year, and thus I need September to April to learn everything (but only 50 minutes per day). I can only tell you that you'll want to try your best to keep up (or even work ahead), or else you'll fall behind. Most of the concepts are easy; the hard part is recognizing the problems on the tests/quizzes and how to translate them. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply even though part of my sentence didn't come out correctly. :mad: I don't get how U.S. military authorities can be allowed conclude such actions... Obviously they're gonna say that the soldiers' actions were justified and that nothing wrong happened. That seems completely biased, though I'm not sure if you're allowed to have another country handle such business.

So... what exactly is going to happen to these soldiers?

My condolences go out to their families. On a side note, I don't mean to be mean, what are we supposed to discuss here? Perhaps we need a 'news' sticky of some sort.

Today, I trained a little bit of my defence, then a little bit of my attack, ran out of tuna, and then I went and got changed into my skilling outfit. Afterwards, I burned some maples and had the urge to mine a little bit. I teleported to Falador, mined about 10 coal in the Mining Guild, got bored of that, and CPTed* and did some power mining in Rimmy Mines. After dropping about 6 loads, I got bored of that and decided to play some FoG. I gained 25 rating (2300 to 2325) and 15 or so tokens through 3 games. The first game, I was matched against some dude who only had 72 strength on the boards. I ran around abit and hid in a house when he saw me. I noticed that he was just running around the center, so I was afraid to come out, but a few seconds later he was out of my mini-map sight. So I ran to the center. Then he ran toward the center and stood at the edge of the circle, I presume trying to look for me. Well, I guess he just gave up looking for me because eventually he ran toward the outside and ended the game. I just forgot how the last two games went. I'm typing this because I'm extremely bored. I wish to have 70 runecrafting and 80 crafting, mining, and smithing. At the moment I have 4.7m gp in my bank. You've probably noticed that my magic level has stayed with my prayer level this entire time, and that kind of doesn't make sense. I would get it up with my other cb stats (86), but somehow I don't think I can do it. "Oh, don't be such a pessimist," you'd say. I... well, I can only give you the :mellow: face because I... I feel absolutely stupid, but I just can't figure out how to do anything in the managing part. Normally I love puzzle type things but I don't even know where to start with this one. Help please. RS Wiki has a good guide on the Factory Management section. Factory management was hard for me; I had to reset it 5 times before I completed it after 12 tries. :mad: Frustrating, to say the least. And, correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the two squirrels that follow you only last for a few seconds? I'll summon them, start walking because they can't freaking catch up, and then they'll disappear... -.-

I'm currently typing from an Asus K60 that I bought from Best Buy on Monday for $500. Everything is superb. The only downside is the sound, especially when you use headphones. I think since Asus doesn't manufacture their own speakers, they use Altec Lansing (Altec Lansing's logo is just above the F1 key), and Altec Lansing's laptop speakers suck. I was using my dad's Acer netbook before I bought this laptop, and that netbook's sound quality was awesome. I have a 14-day return/exchange period from Monday, so I'm not sure if I should return it or exchange it.
