1. On a level 3, (assuming F2P?) you'd still have to be pretty stupid to die. Nothing will attack you except dark wizards and jail guards, and they are easy to avoid. Random events take ages to kill you so thats not a problem either. And you won't be doing any fighting as a skiller. Could take you a while to get a santa on a lvl 3 (legitimately). Also, a santa high alchs for 96gp. Items always high alch for 1.5x gen store price i.e 64gp
2. Do tears of guthix quest as soon as possible. It literally takes 2 minutes and the minigame it unlocks is great. Read every thread about scamming, because theres so many ones just for members (selling common items rarely especially, and edge lures.) Basically if someone says to you buying hollow reed 50mil and someone says selling hollow reed 2mil, don't buy it, listen to your common sense. Just price check everything before buying it. Skills are all fun, (even farming), i suggest raising fletch and agility as the most useful ones though. I'd suggest doing plague city quest quite soon to unlock the ardy tele, also watchtower, grand tree, tree gnome village all unlock useful ways to get around.
3. He said he had a P2P pker, or is making one, I'm sure he knows what stats he needs. I think you'll find the best thing is to start with barrage, people can run away from dds and mage short. Freeze then depends on what class they are using. If its a melee just carry on barraging. If not then dds specs. No point taking range mage and melee in 1 trip, takes up too much room.
4. Sell your h5 and buy a regular kite. Well done on making at least 100k in 5 minutes. I suggest skills for money. Fish 1k lobs, mine 1k coal and 1k iron, and chop 1k yews. Thats about 600k or thereabouts using a few skills and has enough variation to keep you from getting too bored. If you don't have the skills to do these things, then you should, its not hard to get skills to 40, and wc is pretty easy to get to 70.
5. Could be fun without protect prayers  I'd leave the bosses for a while, especially with lowish combat. Just try out all the new skills, have fun with quests, it'll be ages before you run out. The minigames are mostly fun too.
6. He's F2P, so no ppots or ranarr. Definitely raw materials though, obviously not gonna tell you exactly what to buy and the prices, up to you to work it out I'm afraid. As said before, if everyone knew the same methods to merchant, it would be a lot harder for us.
7. Runecrafting I suggest making airs all the way, I know bodys are faster xp, but they are useless. Either run your own, which I did to get to 56 on F2p, and its incredibly slow, but you make money, or check out world 16 crafters. Theres a thread in archive of wisdom about it with all the info, and it will cost a lot, but you could go from lvl 1 to 50 in a day or two (seriously, its 101k xp, and I went from 56 to 60 in a day (about 85k xp) Crafting itself is gonna cost money unless you kill 1000s of cows or mine a huge amount of silver. I suggest just finding a way to raise money then buying hides to craft.
8. Never noticed before, very useful, seeing as I normally go too early lol.
9. Wear a god cape too. You can mage karil if you want to as well, he has low mage defence. More space for pots & food for if you want to do another run before banking.
10. Train on slayer tasks. Might as well get the extra xp without any extra work. Obviously you might prefer to range or mage some tasks but its nice variety too and you don't have to think about what to fight.
11. Nice guide so far, hopefully you'll add more to it. Few edits and ideas: You can mine iron with addy and mith in the dwarven mine near the fally entrance. Also, you can multitask farming with most things. Normally when I'm fletching I have some ranarrs growing in all 4 patches, for the extra profit it makes. I fletch wearing nature ammy so I know when the herbs are ready, then it takes 5 minutes to harvest and replant them. Also, while high alching you can mine rune in heroes guild (like me), or thieve gems in ardy. Obviously this requires 85 mining or 75 thieving, but you could extend this to addy mining which wouldn't be that bad. Note that with the lumby update its better to walk from draynor to lost city if you want to mine mith/addy on the way to slayer master. Take a rune pick when you charge glories, mine the mith/addy/rune rocks once while you are there. Hope this is useful

Questions

Use a dlong to raise combat, untilt you get d scimmy then use that. Train on slayer tasks when possible, might as well get the slayer xp as you train. I suggeste raising agility too, it has very practical uses (shortcuts and energy), and raise fletching in bursts, you'll want to be lvl 70 sooner or later. Whips are selling at around 1.9-1.95m at the moment I think. To raise money, it depends how much you have now really, but you could make cannonballs, though its quite boring. Also, I find that shark fishing isn't great, I'm 81 fishing and when I only ever fished about 20 sharks in the guild ever, (though I fish on elf tasks). Its better money than lobs perhaps, just tediously slow. I made most of my members money fletching yew longs, if you have a few hundred k spare, spend it on willow logs when you're 30 fletch, sell the willow long (u) to store, and buy more logs until you get to 70. You lose money, but takes no time to get it back and you'll have a whip pretty soon after.
13. When you send a report, you send a 60 second snapshot of your own activity and chat, which should highlight anyone else breaking rules. Macroing is different though, as people said I think they just get added onto the macro detection programme.
14. Can't be bothered to write another post on this, so heres a link with most of what you need to know. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=537349
15. you get 64gp for low alch I think (low alch is same as general store price), so its 96 for high alch. Anyway, what advice do you expect to get here really? Just do exactly the same as you would have done with it, work on skills, kill things etc. A santa hat isn't particularly crucial to gameplay, just get over it and carry on. You can't get it back.
16. cammy tele method is fast but expensive. Laws are around 300-340gp each, so it will cost about 450k. Much cheaper would be to use strike spells or fail curse, or bolts. Also, you need 70 fletching for yew longs.
17. Pm me if you are selling green dhides Pm me if you are selling green dhides Remember to spell color without the u.
18. 91 rc banking would take too long, most people get there with runners. And definitely need to no life it.
19. just pray you'll be fine. And bring food.
20. Willows are faster xp than yews. Theres not really many stores near willow patches, I suggest you burn them and get 99fm too.
21. If you use pot A with pot B of the same type, where neither is (4) dose, pot B will be filled to (4) and the rest stays in A. Guess I could write it out for any case. 1+1=0+2 1+2=0+3 1+3=0+4 2+1=0+3 2+2=0+4 2+3=1+4 3+1=0+4 3+2=1+4 3+3=2+4 Don't click to fast or you will drink some by mistake
22. Allotments take 3 seeds. Hops take 4 seeds Herb flower and bush take 1 seed. All types of trees take 1 seed and need planting in a pot first. These are exact amounts.
23. Theres an oven in the room where the chef is. Its mounted on the wall I think, either called oven or range, I'll try and look it up. Oh and welcome to runescape and tipit :D You'll soon see why this game is so popular.
24. I suggest mossies in lvl 35ish wild. With your level you could evade any pkers, and theres not that many in the area anyway. Also you will need about 80 80 80 stats for 100 combat, or 82 82 78 if you want it like that. Just an estimate anyway.
