I think they raised the max for 350 points now. It used to be only 250 points. I usually get 100 at a time, then cash out on the skill i want to invest in. Max i've had was 200+ points.

You need to at least start Mourning's End Part 1 in order to access this area. I hope that helps you out.

Hi Naz. I do my Barrow trips without any use of pray pot unless i have Karil in the tunnel. I use Slayer Dart method. I do this set up. 1. Dharock - magic dart, prayer on 2. Karil - melee, prayer on 3. Ahrim - melee, prayer on (usually left over prayers) 4. Guthan - magic dart, no prayer 5. Torag - magic dart, no prayer 6. Verac - magic dart, no prayer. On average i use about 5-8 monkfish. Pretty much all the chaos, bolt rack and blood runes i keep. Another extra cash besides the barros items i get. And if youre kill count around 15-25 per trip, you'll get mind and death runes. I usually start with 400 death and 1600 minds. And when im done with my trips im usually close to 1k death and 3k minds. So that its self is another incentive.

Definitely not a bad spot... Also the Iron ore mining spot is not a bad location... its relatively close to the bank.... Im fishing with him right lol :lol:

this guide is good and cheap way of doing the barrows. I use Monk Robes as well when i wanna go through prayer with the Melee brothers. Good guide.

yeah I found it harder to hit the portals on my pure when im crashing Affliction worlds.... :anxious: kidding...kidding..if anyone from affliction heard that :lol: Ohhh i read it!!!! hehehe.... I told you i have no problem playing with lower level with our group. It makes getting 50 points harder for lower members when we finish our rounds faster than average. But as far as topic is concern, I think the spawning of spinner have gotten a lot more than usual compare than what it was hence making it a little slower to finishing portals. No matter what, if you have enough high levels and they know how to position themselves around the portal, it still shouldnt be a problem.

Hello, About a month ago, I had posted a thread about a vision of having a PC group of level 90+ players. And through your consideration, you let us continue our advertisement and built a great foundation to our PC group. And with that, Affliction was born. Now we have 300+ PC group forum members, about 500 online players and still growing by the hour. Please do not take this message to pry members out of this forum, for it is not my intentions. I am merely here to say thanks, for what you have offer to us. Most of us are Tip.iters so the warm and friendly environment is also set on our forum. After all, we all acquired that from here. Ok, Syko and others that has been defending the group, I thank you. And for those who have been upset for being excluded in the group, I AGAIN, apologize. The reasons has been stated, and i would not repeat them. I did not intend to create this group to aggitate other gamers or deny them of being successful in PC. But i feel that 90+ players have earn every single level they've acquire and i thought that this is one of the way i could reward them with fast and easy points in PC. Also, we are fortunate enough that other clans have allowed us to play with them. And now, most of them have grown to like us, and allowed us to continue without objections. And to continue that understanding, we have to commit to our simple and attainable requirements. Now this group will always be present, it will not go away quickly, so if you work hard enough, you will always be welcome to join and participate. So please before you disagree with us, please try to put yourself in our shoes. We just want whats best for the group and to others playing with us.

Whooo hoooo... sorry for a delayed post here fellas... but i have been busy organizing and getting everyone enjoy and have fun with the group.... so far, there's about 50 members from this forum alone... and about 100-150 members in game.... The game have been non stop.... since monday i have accumulated about 1500-2000 points easily... ive lost track since i have been putting them into skills... The hours that i put down is the starting hour. It can actually last as long as we have players on. Now i know the peak hours around 3 pm eastern - 12 midnight. I just wanted to test it out 3 hours prior the peak hours so that at least we have had few hours put into it and have a good knowledge on how to run it smoothly for others. I will post the roster in the forum assigned so that everyone can add each other without the troublesome of being bombard with friend invitation from the open public.

Im still suprise that the higher levels in here woud not come and join us. Im not trying to hi-jack the other thread's list but we have already, in one night alone, have establish a dedicated forum and particapants are already willing to make this possible. Just imagine, the same results would happen if they come and join us. The only difference is we are allow a little more crowd by lowering the level requirement. I originally wanted to do 100+ list, since I've had experience of getting with that group. But i have noticed that level 90+ will do just as efficient as the other. Tefda, Again another great idea. I think i have enough time to actually go into strategy detail. 25 Players. Portal Assignments. Yellow: 3 attackers are very effected in this portal. This portal is by far the easiest one to take down. This will only take about 10-15 seconds to take down with enough high level players. Blue: 3 attackers as well. Can be just as fast as yellow portal but usually a Brawler block the portal that wont all you to attack the Spinners. So you must dispose of them asap. Usually they are the level 50-75 at the very beginning of the round. Purple: 4 Attackers. This is the other portal on the south gate. and by far this seems always to be the last one standing. So attackers from Pink and Yellow portal must aid them. The assigned players there must also position themselves so that they can attack the spinners on the "south" side of the portal. I'll be happy to show them where to stand properly if needed. Pink: 3 Attackers. This one is just as hard as blue. But as the others the position of the attackers must be correct. and its the "east" side of the portal. This also where the most Brawlers spawn, and can be easily overwhelmed if not done properly. Most highest levels should be on this portal so that they can finish it faster and help the Purple portal when done. Void Knight: 3 Defenders. there should be 3 people protecting him at all times. Those 3 should also be responsible of closing the gates, for it is important so that the Void Knight would not be maged or ranged by the pests. So that leaves 9 more free hands. 4 will should watch and defend the "South" outside wall (that will be the Yellow and Purple portal gate). It always has the most Defilers and Mage (cant remember the name) shooting at the Void knight. The lower level players should be able to handle them for level 100 are the strongest pest attacks there. Shouldnt be hard to manage. 3 will be at the "West" outside wall (Pink portal gate). Should attack the Teleporters first. Cause the gates will be close to the mage and range wont be able to attack, just let them line up there. 2 wil be at the "East" outside wall (Blue portal gate). they always have the weakest monsters roaming outside. Should be handled easily. As long as players are willing to do this for a cause, the rewards will be great as it great reduce the round time. Let me know what you think.

Also i would like to add that every 5 rounds we all reset and wait in the platform to board the ship all together. Its fun, fast and it work for us for an hour and allow to accumulate i think about 50-70 points within the hour. Im not sure the exact number but it was obviously more than the average 15-25 points you get an hour on world 78.

Ok, since i wasn't clear on the exact detail on how we were able to obtain a decent PC rounds, I'd like to clarify it right now. Again, I was with 20 100+ level when we did this. We also have a few low level players that played with us who was from the server we played at. The very first thing we did was to congregate to a meeting place, which was north of the shop outside the wall. Then we did a roll call that allow us to add each other as a friend. We then set our "Private Chat" to friends only which shows all the green dots allowing you to know your group. Before we boarded the boat, we have divide portal assignments. 2 high level people can easily terminate a portal if they know where to position themselves without moving so that they can attack the spinners and portal continiously. But in our case, we were able to afford 3 guys on each portal. 3 players protected the Void Knight. 5 players roam and kill the Defilers and other pest outside the wall.( 3 on south wall, 1 east and 1 west) Yellow portal attackers helps out Blue after killing it. Purple portal helps out Pink after killing it. Vice Versa. More often, Blue and yellow falls before the other 2 so we help if theres any other portal is up. Again please, please message me privately so i can attain a roster and give you guys the list of other players that will be playing with us. If you haven't met the required level, please try your best to reach the minimal level. This will be a scheduled event and it will start on Monday 26June06.

There can always be exemption as long as there's at least 15-20 level 90+ in the group. Cause having that quantity of quality levels can expedite the rounds so much faster than average.

Also I would like to add... A friend and i did organize about 20 level 100+ yesterday and we hop on not populated world and had a few other lower level joined us from that world and it only took us about 30-45 seconds per round. On World 78, it usually takes 2-4 minutes per round. I just thought to give you guys a comparison for more enticement. :D

It has come to my attention that I, for one, are being fraustrated of losing in streaks and difficulty of getting into World 78. So i would like to offer for those who have met this level requirement to join me and the others for the sole purpose of playing PC in an empty, quite and organize place. Thanks for the informations. We now at the very least know that it would save us 25% at level 50 smithing on the Barrow armours. Thats at least 82,500 gps savings per trip. Now imma start working on getting higher smithing level :lol:
