I keep finding jewelry on the ground and I dont know why... My tally for far is: 1 gold necklace 3 gold rings 2 silver rings 1 silver bracelet 2 gold bracelet Ive also found 3 wallets (just spare change and some important cards - returned two of them) A 2 feet by 1 box full of hockey and baseball cards (and I mean full) At least 5 switchblades (including 1 gold covered keychain blade) Those among other things anyway... :lol: And no, im not a pickpocket... Tell us if youve found something nice yourself. :D

Im guessing if they fly like near the edge of space, then there would hardly be any sounds there. I mean, planes that do fly in this altitude are mostly used for high altitude bombing or reconaissance. They can just fly at sub-sonic speeds, then go up high and speed up from there. As for current planes, the Stealth Fighter's engines are dampened, but they are not super sonic... Also, I think ive heard about a plane called Aurora that can fly at over Mach 6 at high altitudes. But problem is, people arent sure if its real or not... You can check those out I guess... :? I really suck at physics, so I cant be much help. :(

If you mean by fast food, cashiers and cooks, then im in the same boat as you... :lol: But I recently applied for a kitchen *cough*dishwasher*cough* position at a restaurant. Its a good restaurant too! Hopefully i'll get hired. :D I tried looking for general help sort of jobs, but most I found was that you needed a driver's license and a car, or to be at least 18 years old... Idk why, but my friend got hired by a landscaping company and he gets paid like 450-500 dollars a week! Lucky guy...

I believe law is usually a graduate studies program. Most people usually major in something like sociology or political science, then go into graduate school for law. And yes, you can classes that aren't related to your major in your first year. I've taken a lot of social science classes and I'm a bio major. :) You'll need GE classes for your major anyways -- most colleges require you to take GEs so youll be an "all around" person. :) Nice, wont have to worry about picking stuff I have no clue in! :D Carlton and Ryerson :D Would have applied to UT, but everyone's going there... Oh well

I applied for Political Science and Law, but mostly likely i'll never get accepted for the Law course... About those courses you can take, the universities ive applied to had already told me what I can take, but I was wondering, can I really take courses that arent related to my field in my first year? :| ^above is based on Weez's reply^

I still havent checked what type of dorm im gonna go with. 1 person room = costs more and has no stove - means I need a meal plan of some sort... 2 person room = costs slightly less but still has no stove... group rooms = really cheap and theres a stove and a bathroom but im not sure about the people im gonna be living with... :?

Yes im bored... and I havent made a thread in a while... :roll: Im graduating this year and I only have 4 more months till I go... Realizing this (maybe a little too slowly), I figured I'd need money to spend. And lots of it too! So of course im gonna need a summer job... I also realized that since im gonna be living in campus, I need to buy other stuff as well... Which I have no idea atm... Books and supplies will also be needed... How much they will cost me, I have no clue either. Then theres food... Ah yes... I thought I could live with a can of beans a day, but I figured thats not realistic so I may need to revise that plan too. Transportation is another matter... I may be going into another city, and of course, my bus pass would be useless... And since I have no car, then that leaves me high and dry... Then theres the studies of course. Guidance councellors and teachers at my school kept telling us how hard its gonna be. (15% mark drop, 3 hours of reading per lecture, proper grammar or else zero mark and etc...) Its scaring me... :cry: Thinking about it now, I think im not really prepared to handle whats gonna happen to me 4 months from now... So im asking, What are the Top, lets say 3, things one can expect from College / University? :| Or any advice you can impart. =]
