I don't know about MEP2, but I'm getting 70 agility for it at the Wilderness Agility Course, which is faster than Brimhaven, and you don't have to pay as much attention.

99 Agility, then use world 16 FFA to get 91 RC as F2P.

Yeah I think it's mathematically impossible to achieve too. Not sure. See this thread: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=645027 Its all about untrimmed slayer capes.

Make unstrung willow longbows and sell the unstrung willow longbows to trawler merchant. You get 24gp each at the trawler merchant (I think that's who he is, the person near the boats that go everywhere) but only 16gp each at general stores.

Definitely mage him. Use the best bolt spell that you can. Use the safespot behind the rocks to the south. Whenever you attack him, you will run toward him so click back to the safespot every time.

Why without getting hit points XP? If you are a pure, you want as many hit points as you can get. You probably can do it if you take a super set and sharks.
