If you're mining it all the fastest way is probably to mine gold ore with the fairy ring method and smelt them with gold smithing gauntlets.

Yea, they have to be either monkey bones from Karamja or a monkey corpse from Karamja.

Each pick has a specific number of hits that it takes to mine one rune essence, regardless of your mining level. I believe that rune is 2.5, adamant is 3.5, mithril is 4.5, steel is 5.5, iron is 6.5, and bronze is 7.5.

What is the best way to get agility from 65 to 70? Currently, I have been training at the wilderness agility course, but I am thinking of switching to Ape Atoll at 65. Agility guides that I have seen say to switch at 65, 70 and 75. Which level do YOU think I should use the Ape Atoll course at?

The anchor counts for 230k, I believe, when figuring out what you keep. And it only turns into money when you drop it after dieing and you don't keep it.

Good luck! 85 mining will be an impressive goal, especially so for F2P, but if you hang in there I'm sure that you will be able to accomplish it.
