Final Destination (2000) - 8/10

This is the view from when you sit at my desk. It's a 22 inch Dell monitor, hooked up to an Xbox 360. The speakers are behind the monitor. [hide=][/hide] This is the top drawer of the thing my monitor + Xbox are sitting on. I keep all my games and wrappers in here. [hide=][/hide] This is my trunk next to my desk where I keep all my controllers. I have 3 Xbox 360 controllers (one I'm selling), 2 Guitar Hero guitars, 2 Headsets, and 1 Rock Band drum kit (with Goodwoodmod pads). [hide=][/hide]

I got back from the doctor's office an hour ago, and apparently I have pneumonia :cry: It's not that serious but it still sucks.

It would suck to just be sliced and diced, but not enough for you to pass out from blood loss or anything. Then left to die of starvation of something.

Its advertisment for the movie 2012. Oh. I just found it was was the "IHC" (Institute for Human Continuity). It's a really clever advertisement, until you go to the actual website. It's way too obviously fake. There's a section to apply to be the new world leader after 2012.

I was watching Mythbusters on the discovery channel, and a commercial came on advertising how there is going to be extreme solar activities in 2012 or something. They were talking about how we have to continue the human race by saving ourselves. It had a website but I forget what it was. It's kind of weird that there was such a well done commercial about the world ending on the discovery channel (it wasn't for a show or anything).

It irritates me when I'm coughing and people ask if I'm choking. 1. If I'm choking, I'm not going to be like, "Oh yeah, I'm choking could you please help me?" 2. If I'm coughing then I couldn't be choking because choking means no air is going through to my lungs. Good luck coughing with no air.

Haha, yeah. Well for a while I kind of just forgot about updating this thread, and also I was on vacation the entire month of July and first 2 weeks of August. But now I'll be updating this whenever someone suggests a thread or I see a new one come up.

You're struggling to pay your late fee debt for your textbooks, yet you spent ~$250 on a PS3 for a friend? I think you need to get your priorities straight.

I think all of those would be incredibly hard. How would the plane or helicopter land without breaking? But the gun sounds like the coolest.

Yeah, that was the problem. Thanks! And I live in a suburban neighborhood where everyone around me has WiFi, so nobody is going to need to crack it. They would have to sit outside my house to do it anyway, so it would be pretty suspicious.

Today my internet was going really slow, and the router was giving out a very weak signal. So I restarted it, and when I went back to my computer, it showed something different. Instead of showing just one internet connection (it's usually called "Master_of_the_Universe"), it shows 2. "Master" had no signal strength at all, and when I tried to join it, it wouldn't let me. It still had the normal WEP password too. The other one was called linksys. This one had a very strong signal, and had no security and works perfectly. I'm not sure what's wrong, but I want it to go back to just "Master_of_the_Universe". Obviously it is a linksys router, and all the lights look normal on it except for the top one that says "Security" isn't lit up. Thanks!

I'm getting this soon, probably: My dad gets them really cheap through his company, and it doesn't cost any extra with our family plan besides the buying price. I have this one right now. I dropped it in a puddle by accident a couple days ago, so now it keeps doing things by itself and turning itself on and off.

I think that only works if you mod your xbox. And I'm not even sure that is capable of streaming live tv.

In my kitchen, we have a family computer that has Windows Vista installed with a full out TV on it in the media center. What I want to do it stream the TV on that computer up to my Xbox 360 in my room, so I can watch TV. I know this is possible, because I started setting it up a couple months ago. But then I found out I needed a Media Extender to do it. Could anybody point me towards a good place to buy them cheap? Will all "media extenders" work the way I want them to work in this situation, or do I have to buy a special one? I don't want to take any risks because they are expensive. Could somebody tell me if this one would work? It looks like the best bet for me. D-Link Wireless HD Media Player

Today it was really hot so I went out on the boat with my family from 1pm - 6pm. Tomorrow I'm going to learn how to slalom ski (waterski with only one ski), so I'm pretty excited for that. I just finished watching Dark Side of the Rainbow. That's when you sync up Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon to the movie, Wizard of Oz, and completely mute the music volume. It's really weird how much some of the events sync up. I've only heard negative things about it from people I know, but I thought it was really great and don't believe it's one big coincidence.

I haven't cried from something sad in a while. The last time I cried was when I got extremely angry and aggravated. Crying is usually considered a weakness, which means you aren't "manly". I myself don't believe that but most people in the world do, sadly.

I hate when people talk like this: That was copy-pasted from a girl I'm friends with on facebook talking to someone else about why she can't go to summer camp this year.

All the newstories I've seen seem to be vague about how exactly he died. They just mention an emergency plane landing earlier and that there was no forced entry into his house.
